Perfect for family friendly vacation or business travel. Centrally located near I40 and medical center. Close to shopping and entertainment.
Sleeps 6 in three queen size beds, 1 on the couch and 2 on an air mattress(available by request) for a total of 9 people max.

This is one of our most popular homes for travel nurses looking for 13 week stays and traveling with a pet. Less than a 3 minute drive to the medical district.
Living area features 50" flat screen tv with Cable TV, HBO, HULU, Apple TV, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video. High speed WiFi. White washed wood look tile floors, fireplace and mid-century modern decor. Lots of seating space and open to the dining area.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, large dresser, ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub.
Two additional bedrooms have queen size beds, plenty of storage/closet space and share a bathroom with shower/tub.
Kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including full-size refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, utensils and most other items you would need to prepare a home cooked meal. Coffee maker(coffee, sugar, creamer provided), blender, mixer and other small appliances provided. Kitchen is open to the dining area which has seating for 6. French doors open to the patio with an outdoor dining table that can seat an additional 6. Great space for entertaining.
Laundry room has new LG front load high-efficiency washer and dryer. Iron, ironing board, Tide laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided.
Rear entry two car garage with extra storage space. Additional parking for 2 vehicles behind garage and lots of street parking on a quiet residential street.
Check in is anytime after 3pm. Self-check in using digital locks and a pin number you select. This makes checking in as early or late as you would like a simple process.

This was a lovely house; very clean, stylish, and comfortable! Perfect for our family. It was a nice bonus being able to park in the garage too. The host is kind and very prompt in communication.

I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one is my favorite ever! It is newly renovated with modern and stylish touches. The design concept is very simple and uncluttered which I loved. The house feels very spacious. All of the three closets are large and you have access to a spotless garage for your vehicles-with a remote control to take with you when you come and go. We did laundry every night which was a nice bonus. The beds and sheets are comfortable and remind you of home. The check-in process was very simple too. We watched Disney+ and Netflix movies during downtime. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we did while here was a short drive. I highly recommend this VRBO.
