About this apartment rental
T2 cabin in ground garden furnished to nine (reversible air conditioning + WiFi). Residence with Caribbean architecture conducive to change of scenery.
Terrace of 24 m2 including 12 m2 covered terrace south so very sunny and very pleasant in the spring and autumn which allows you to have dinner outside until November.
Community swimming pool open from early May to October 15 (0.80 m to 1.60 m).
Numbered private parking in closed residence with badge.
Support for 2 private bicycles in front of the apartment.

Kitchen with new appliances (oven combined microwave, dishwasher 8 seats, induction hob 3 burners, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, service wine cellar (8 bottles), coffee dolce gusto + coffee filter, electric kettle, toaster. All the dishes are new. New washing machine. Ironing board with iron. Vacuum. Extend laundry tower.
Living room with new sofa and new coffee table lift (and expandable) and adjustable in height with a simple handle.
Flat screen TV 120 cm (new) with TNT channels. Internet access with free wifi.
Hesperid 90x90 Extendable Terrace and 4 Hespéride Chairs + 3 Folding Side Chairs.
2 chiliennes for outside. Barbecue cabinet with new Lagrange semi-professional electric plancha and 1-burner induction hob to enjoy a maximum of outdoor living. (The whole thing is new)
CAUTION requested on arrival (1000 euros) returned at departure if everything is correct.

Pour la 3ème fois où nous louons ce bien, nous nous y sentons très bien. Repos, promenade, loisirs, résidence agréable et familiale, tout y est. Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Merci à Mme et Mr Chalençon pour leur confiance

Cette location est parfaite , les propriétaires à l'écoute.
Parfaitement agencé avec goût. Location à la hauteur de l'annonce. Ensemble très confortable et cocooning. Séjour en septembre au calme.

Situé près de tous commerces, restaurants et plage, cet appartement très agréable dispose d'un équipement complet.
Gardons un très bon souvenir et pourqui pas y revenir.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette location qui est tout simplement superbe.
Tout est de qualité, la literie, les appareils ménagers, les télés...Il ne manque rien.
La location est petite mais très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle. Sa terrasse est un véritable plus pour profiter de l'extérieur.
La climatisation fonctionne très bien et permet de passer de bonnes nuits au frais.
La résidence est très familiale et très calme.
A proximité de tout, la voiture peut rester au parking sauf pour l'hyper U qui est à environ 08 minutes.
Bref, une excellente location que vous pouvez louer sans hésiter. Les propriètaires sont toujours joignables et très sympathiques.
