Appartement Climatisé en Première Ligne Face à la mer

I stayed for 3 weeks in early Sept 2023. Property was stylish, clean and well equipped. The beach was literally 2 mins level walk away, same as the lovely pool. Massive beach with beach club/beds nearby. Public buses run hourly between Agde Station and Cap DAgde centre. Massive hypermaket a few stops away. 1 euro per journey across the network. The apartment is located in the middle of Mail de Rochelongue, a small pedestrianised area with every shop you could possibly need- bakers, tabac, spar local, beach gear shops, several lovely clothes shops as well as numerous outdoor/indoor restaurants, ice cream parlours, fish shop/restaurants, gift shops and fast food places - pizza, kebab, burgers. There is also a cash point. The beach was very much family orientated and the majority of visitors and residents were French. The sea remains shallow for a long distance so would be ideal for children or non swimmers. The whole area felt very safe,welcoming and friendly. Things were settling down for autumn when I visited, but still lots of sunshine and heat. I expect it would be very lively in the summer peak. In the apartment the bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of space, a great dining area view of the sea and all modern appliances. The air con was much appreciated!! The appartment was smaller as expected, the chairs to sit on for the brerakfast or either dinner, we nog according to the pictures. It were wooden stools!!
