About this house rental
Charming cottage, like a country loft, all comfort of 130 m2; located on the first floor of an old house completely renovated. The entrance on the south side is perfectly independent and accessible by the stone staircase (see photos); the cottage can accommodate 8/9 adults with confidence; in the living room a large master bedroom with 160 cm bed has been fitted out; still in the living room, a staircase provides access to the attic transformed into a large bedroom with three 90 cm beds. Upon entering the cottage you find a large living room of 40 m2 with a large fully equipped kitchen; at the end of this room are a 140 bed and an old 120 bed. Two bathrooms with their toilets ensure everyone's comfort. Bath towels are provided as well as bed sheets. A furnished terrace with barbecue and vegetable garden are accessible for sunny days or large summer evenings.
This old house is located in the heart of the village five kilometers from Bligny sur Ouche and all shops (supermarket, bakery, post office, bookstore, etc.)
This house is located twenty minutes from Beaune, 40 'from Autun and 45' from Dijon by the pretty Ouche valley called "Suisse Bourguignonne"; the region offers you a wide tourist and cultural range / cellar visits, wine tasting / burgundy canals and developed cycle paths / riding stables / Medieval castles and villages / 15 'swimming map (Arnay le Duc) Forests and lakes in Morvan at 45 '/ Long hiking circuits for walkers. In Beaune, capital of the great wines of Burgundy, a city with a rich architectural and cultural heritage, you will find many festivities throughout the year ....
