About this cottage rental
Burgundian 18th century residence, in the heart of a small village, with enclosed courtyard of 700 m2. Haven of peace, charming cozy atmosphere to meet with family or friends. Ideally located between vineyards and Morvan.
Possibility of fishing in a stream or in a private pond with a shed hidden in the middle of nature, located 1. 3 km from the cottage in a heavenly and peaceful location on the property, No Kill for large fish (2 days free for one one week rental).
Covered summer shelter with barbecue and dining area, parking, lawn, garden furniture.

Ground floor bedroom with 140 cm bed and ikea 120 booster seat, with walk-in shower and separate WC. 1st floor Bedroom with balcony overlooking the countryside, 140 bed, large dormitory-style bedroom, 140 bed, 3 beds in 90 bunk beds, 65 children's bed. Large walk-in shower and separate WC.
Plenty of storage in all rooms. Baby equipment. American style kitchen with high chairs, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, extractor, refrigerators, table for 6/10 people, large cupboards and cloakroom.
Large living room with 10-person table, leather lounge, 3-seat sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, 4 children's armchairs, library, Comtoise clock, wood stove (no extra charge for wood), flat screen TV, Wifi.
Laundry room 12 m2 with washing machine and dryer. ironing board, wardrobe iron and storage.
