Back from a lovely stay at this property. We drove overnight from the UK and had asked if we could check in early, because the property was not used prior to us arriving this was possible and made our check in much easier. The property was much bigger than expected. Location was quiet but not near any restaurants so we had to drive to them but this wasn't a problem. We all brought our bikes and they were locked in the garden and not visible so we felt they were secure. It is a bonus to have a parking space though this is quite a tight spot to get into (we have a big car). The pool was glorious and only a few steps away from the property. A disappointment was that the pool didn't have sun loungers so people lay on the concrete. (not very comfortable especially as I have a bad back) Usually when this happens the property has chairs/loungers which we can take down to pool but there were none available. We ended up buying our own to take down. Also the door of the fridge was broken on the inside so you couldn't use most the door for drinks/bottles, they had adjusted the shelves inside but you lost lots of fridge space. Only minor issues and they didn't stop us having a wonderful stay. The air conditioning was very much needed and a real bonus. 15 minute drive to nearest beach and supermarkets all over the place. Barbara was really easy to deal with and responded whenever we had a question before booking and during our stay. I would happily stay here again.

We drove down to Cannes by car and we were very tired when we arrived. We were disappointed that we were not met by anyone and we’re just given instructions on our phone by text so it took us over half an hour to find the flat on the estate. We had a plumbing problem and Pascal was very quick to sort it out and communication with them was very good afterwards, they were very friendly. The flat looks a little worn but overall is very nice. The communal pool is very nice but there are no sun beds and it is better just for swimming as there was no shade. The flat is is in a good position for trips to Cannes or Antibes and we did many trips. The garden is small but it is well shaded for sitting in during the evening. Overall we had a lovely stay and we all enjoyed it.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, avec terrasse et jardin… le tout à quelques marches de la piscine dans une charmante résidence…

El dúplex está bien equipado y decorado con gusto. Aunque, creo, que no está preparado para alojar a 6 personas; para cuatro, perfecto. Sólo en el dormitorio principal hay armario, lo que resulta un problema a la hora de guardar la ropa y otros objetos personales, como ha sido nuestro caso, ya que eramos cinco personas.
