Discover our charming villa of 210m² for up to 6 people, and relax in its sunny garden!
• LIVING ROOM: Featuring a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, a flat-screen TV and air-conditioned dining area, the room provides access to the outdoor terrace and garden withfloor-to-ceiling windows.
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, it consists of a microwave, oven, hob and an American fridge with freezer and washing machine. It also includes a breakfast set with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
UPSTAIRS :
• BEDROOM 1: Queen size bed (160x200), a private bathroom with toilet and benefits from air conditioning.
• BATHROOM: Bath and cabinet with washbasin.
• Separate toilet
• BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed (160x200) and a desk, air conditioning.
• BATHROOM: shower, a bidet and a cabinet with double sink
• MASTEROOM 1Queen size bed (160x200) and a dressing room, benefits from air conditioning.

Swimming pools closed in winter.
ATTENTION: The garden pcome every first Saturday of each month for the maintenance of the garden.

In order not to penalize your stay as well as that of the next tenants, thank you for making sure to remove as much sand from your belongings and your clothes/ shoes before entering the accommodation. Please do not put sand in the shower!
The use of towels provided as beach towels is prohibited, and may be penalizing, for a fee. Thank you for your understanding.
