We had a wonderful 4 nights in Pierre and Christine’s beautiful holiday home. The property is joined to their home and is beautifully decorated with everything you would need for a visit to the Alps. They also allowed us to keep skis, boots and poles in their garage. It is a lovely and warm house with a nice warm shower - perfect after a day on the slopes, with nice comfortable beds and a lovely cosy place to spend time in. The bedrooms are in the eves so head height is at a premium, but you get used to it. Lovely quiet area, within a 2 minute walk of the main bus and train station running through the valley. There is also a cafe close by selling fresh bread and croissants in the morning. We loved our stay here and would absolutely book this place again - great for a family of 4.

Pierre and Christine opened a little part of their beautiful house for us. The holiday apartment is tiny but everything what you need is there. Be aware that the sleeping rooms are very low, you can't stand up in them. In the cosy living room and the kitchen the height is normal. The garden is very big and beautiful

This quiet little holiday home is in a perfect location. The garden has a fabulous view and it’s across the road from the train station and buses. Christine and Pierre made us feel very welcome and even shared their freshly grown vegetables! Perfect!

Very nice little chalet for our family of 4 on ski vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked with high quality dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen appliances all worked well. Beds were comfortable, linens were good quality. Very nice bathroom and living room. My only suggestion to the owners is to improve the wifi; it only had a strong signal right at the kitchen sink so our kids holed up in the kitchen to play games. The large living area is really comfortable, but it's too bad the wifi doesn't reach up there. Also, we are a short family, so it didn't bother us, but the ceilings are only 5 feet tall in the bedrooms, so taller folks beware. Overall it was a lovely place, the hosts were friendly, helpful, welcoming and responsive and I'm glad we stayed here.

This home is the ideal place to stay in chamonix with your family. We stayed here with our two kids and they loved the typical mountain house. This home is filled with all you need, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all you need for the kitchen. Pierre and Christine are two adorable hosts that will guide you to find your way in Chamonix. That provided us also with tickets to be used with the local train so you never need to use your car. The station is steps away from the house. The ticketed were supplied for free by the host. We will be back ! Very recommended!

We had a very relaxed stay in Pierre and Christine's property. They are an amazing host, very helpful to make sure we get maximum during our stay. The property is located in an amazingly beautiful location with a mesmerizing view of Mont Blanc and blessings of nature in a quiet vicinity. Our kids had so much fun, with open access to a big garden in front, lots of reading books, and a good experience with their small poultry farm. The property is an excellent choice for a family with two kids, well equipped and cozy to relax. We will certainly recommend this property and want to visit it again sometime. Thank you Pierre and Christine.

We are a family with two boys. The stay with Christine and Pierre was amazing. Super hosts, super location, super apartment, super vacation. We were fully satisfied and nothing was missing. Pierre and Christine are so nice. They were very helpful and it was a pleasure to get to know them. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We recommend it without any restriction. Had a lovely 5 night stay as a family of 4. The apartment was very warm and clean, in a nice location. Well-equipped, lots of hot water and a very good shower. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The only negatives were the lack of head height in the bedrooms, which we hadn't realised before, and the photos appeared to indicate there was a balcony from one of the bedrooms which was not the case. However this wouldn't stop us from booking again as it was very good value for money.

We found Pierre and Christine's chalet very cozy and warm. We stayed a week with our two children last week of December until early Jan and found it enough space for us four. It had all the necessities you would need. Other than the low ceiling in the bedroom which we hit our head a few times and no wi-fi upstairs , we would definitely like to stay at their Chalet again. Great location and very quiet neighborhood which is ideal for family. Thank you so much for your great hospitality. Highly recommend their chalet to friends looking to explore Chamonix any time of the year.

Chamonix is a beautiful town but sometimes could be noise especially when there are a lot of tourist If you are looking for a peaceful place just close to the city center with the best views of the glaciers this house is the place to be!! Piere and Christine are very kindly , the house is very nice , clean and comfortable . really really suggested !!

The challete is clean and lovely with a great view to of the bossons glassier. Very close to all chamonix attractions. Pierre and christine are very nice and willing to help. We were with 2 kids and had the best time. We jope to come back to this challete sometime for sure 😀

We arrived at night and we were bowled over awaking to the beautiful grounds around the chalet and its mountainous views. Truly paradise! The owners were very helpful and very friendly both in the run up to and during our stay. They told us about the free bus shuttle that runs along the whole valley and other such tips.The rented annexe of their private chalet was full of character and beautifully appointed. We were blessed with very good weather most of the time and the outside space was superb. Had we had much bad weather, I think the inside may have been a bit claustrophobic (for us at least) in Summer,. In Winter, I can well imagine how it is warm and very cosy and comforting feeling. The upstairs lounge is a lovely area, and the twin bedroom with skylight is super and bright and airy. The beds were all comfortable. The double bedroom is right under the eaves and we (being averagely tall) found it impossible to stand up straight. I found this a bit tricky with my dodgy knees , but it does add to the Alpine character of the chalet.A super chalet, in a super location, with super hosts and easy transport links. We didnt use our hire car every day. A fab holiday in every way. I felt true grief to leave this stunningly beautiful mountainous area behind.Thank you to Pierre and Christine.

We had a great time in Chamonix and loved staying at this place. Pierre and Christine are super nice and excellent hosts. The unit is steps away from a nice restaurant, the bus station, and the train station. And Chamonix is a short walk away with some of the walk on a trail.

Our stay was like a distilled version of all the positives that staying in a VRBO has to offer. The hosts offered an absolutely charming apartment -the view is insane and no pictures will do it justice- next to their home in Les Bossons/Chamonix, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay (think: fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast, hiking and sightseeing tips - Pierre actually works as a professional guide - pleasant conversation and a delightful family) coming and going. The setting could not be more picturesque. Getting to and from downtown Chamonix was a breeze with the free/regular busses a block away or a nice walk of 15-20 minutes along the river on a protected path. Honestly, when booking we thought we might want to be closer to Chamonix center, I AM SO GLAD WE WERE NOT. The couple minute commute out of town created a super nice break from the bustle of tourists, oh, and did I mention the view from our semi-private back yard...? There is no question whether or not we would stay in this apartment again...absolutely a resounding yes. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Enjoy your stay! Cheers, Brian and Claudia

Christine and Pierre are really great hosts who went out of their way to make sure that we had a great week skiing, Over the years we have stayed in various arbnb rental accommodation, this must rank as one of the best. Very comfortable, very clean, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, private entrance, very quiet, every detail has been thought through. The railway station and bus stop are a 100 meter walk away, therefore you do not need to have a car to explore the Chamonix and Megeve area.

Christine and Pierre have been fantastic and very accommodating hosts again and helped us whenever we needed assistance. Chalet is very cosy, quiet and perfect for a family of 4. There is a space for children to play in the snow outside the house. For sledging/skiing we were going to the top of the Le Prarion gondola, where there is a great snow park and sledging area for younger children and nice green and blue pistes. For shopping and apres ski, Chamonix center is a short bus ride away. Bus and train station are perhaps 200m away, but if you are worried that chalet is next to a busy road or railway line, that is not the case. Les Bossons is a quiet village. Nearby Hotel Aiguille du Midi has got a highly rated restaurant and spa. Great place for a family holiday, that's why we came back this year and hope to back again in near future!

Christine's and Pierre's chalet was as described and exactly as expected including the views and weather! We (family of 4 with 7yo and 2yo boys) had a really good time in Les Bossons/Chamonix. Chalet is comfortable with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs and sitting area plus 2 bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms have sloping ceilings so you just have to be prepared for that. There is parking space just outside and train station and bus stop perhaps 200m away. We have used public transport a lot during our stay. Busses (every 30 mins) were normally crowded in the mornings and after 4pm but trains (every 1hr) were almost empty - February half term. Surrounding area is quiet with magnificent views of Les Bossons glacier, Aguille du Midi etc. Christine greeted us on our arrival and was very friendly and helpful answering all our questions before and after we have arrived. We cannot wait to go back!

Une semaine sous la pluie en général, mais le gros bonus était sur l accueil chaleureux de christine et le petit nid douillet qui nous a été confié rien ne manque pour préparer un bon petit plat et dormir à point fermé, le chalet est situé au calme et la vu est magnifique, juste ce plaisir au reveil reste magique, et rien ne manque ! à savoir que chaminix reste un village avec plein d'occupations divers et variés par mauvais temps.....nous avons beaucoup aimé, à revivre dans le meme lieu avec grand plaisir, à savoir....pierre est guide de haute montagne, ....mmm ......j'ai comme le sentiment que notre prochaine aventure à chamonix sera " la vallée blanche" et bien accompagné c' est tres important ....

2nd stay and still a lovely chalet. Warm welcome from the hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Good communication throughout, the chalet is cosy and is well equipped, its a suitable size for a family. Our trip was for skiing and Les Houches and Chamonix are a short drive away. The ski bus and train are also a short walk away. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and the owners speak English very well. Keep up the good work and thank you for a wonderful holiday.

siamo stati molto bene nella settimana di capodanno, i proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti, lo chalet ben arredato e attrezzato vicino al bus e al treno che in pochi minuti porta a Chamonix. vista sul ghiacciao di Bossons e su l'Aiguille du midi e anche sulla sommità del monte bianco. solo una osservazione: lo chalet è su 2 piani e questo non è un problema ma le camere un po' troppo piccole. comunque è stata una vacanza molto rilassante e bella. grazie a Christine e Pierre

We had very good communication with the owners before we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a very warm welcome on arrival, a thorough explanation of how things worked and the owners were always on hand. The accommodation was very clean, modern and well equipped. The upstairs is cosy and big enough for a family of four. It is ideally placed to ski in Chamonix and Les Houches and the bust stop and train are in walking distance. Overall kind and helpful owners who speak very good English. Well done on the conversion. We would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans le chalet de Christiane et Pierre. L'accueil était très agréable et efficace : nous avons eu toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour. Le gîte est propre et très bien aménagé/ équipé : il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances réussies. Pierre et Christiane sont à la fois discrets et attentionnés c'est vraiment agréable. L'emplacement au pied du glacier des Bossons est magique ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nos ados aussi !
