Lovely chalet in a beautiful location just outside of Chamonix. Situated beneath glacier de bossons, 45 minute walk up to the glacier or take the chairlift a few minutes walk away. Bus stop 5 minute walk away. Hosts were great, Blandine and Bernard were perfect

Thanks to the wonderful owners, we spent a very comfortable week with four people in the cute chalets (we rented both the main one and the mazot (without additional cost)). The location is perfect for exploring all there is to do in the Chamonix area but allows for some privacy and quiet. Also the view from both terraces towards the mountain ranges is amazing. The chalets are clean and have everything one needs. It is true that the stairs to the bathroom are not easily doable for everyone, as they're quite steep (no problem for us), and there are only two comfy chairs in the living room (because of its size, but I'm sure the owners would have had an additional solution there, too, if we had asked). It's a nice feature to have the Bossons glacier chairlift and the camping restaurant in a short walking distance as well. The owners adapted everything according to our needs and were extremely available and willing to help. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness and for the beautiful holidays!

I highly recommend staying here. It is in a great quiet location just outside of Chamonix city center. It is convenient to get to grocery stores and into the city center. The chalet had everything we needed and the hosts were so gracious throughout our stay. Helping us with anything we needed. I hope to be back to Chamonix sometime soon and will absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for offering such a beautiful place to stay! I 100% recommend you stay here!

Bernard and his wife are very nice and helpful, the chalet is very good looking, comfortable and full of everything you need for a "feels like home" stay. The position is panoramic and near to city centre, the train station and some good restaurants. We will surely come back here next time!

Majestic views

From every window in this chalet, there was a view one cannot forget. The owners are attentive and very helpful, including with excellent nearby hike recommendations. Ten minutes by car from Chamonix it's a lovely place to be based. Do come with data on your phone because the region is installing fibre. It is the best way to get connected.

Beautiful location, very quiet, close to some great hiking trails (La Jonction out the door). Unusually spacious bathroom and comfortable accommodations, very clean, looks recently remodeled. Owner lives next door and was very friendly and helpful. Has dishwasher/laundry/stove/fridge. In our 8th visit to Chamonix this was our favorite location to stay, highly recommended.

This was our first visit to Chamonix and we found this Chalet through HomeAway. It couldn't have been more perfect! We were just 2 but it would be comfortable for 2 couples or a family of 4 as well. The place was immaculate and beautifully finished. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and offered plenty of advice on the skiing and dining options for our visit. The kitchen is functional and well stocked, so you can choose to cook at home after a long day of skiing. There is a wood burning fireplace and a comfortable seating area to enjoy a bottle of wine apres-ski. This chalet is the perfect choice if you prefer to stay somewhere quiet and self-sufficient over a busy tourist area. It is a quick (5 min) drive to Chamonix centre with grocery stores, restaurants, and several ski areas. We highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent dans ce très charmant chalet qui est très bien situé. Cadre et vue magnifique, calme, proche de tout le nécessaire. Le chalet en lui-même vous fera passer de très bons petits moments avec tout l'équipement nécessaire dans une décoration bien pensée et typique. Notre seul "regret": y être allé en été et ne pas avoir pu profiter du poêle à bois ;) Et le meilleur pour la fin. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires avec toutes les explications nécessaires pour bien démarrer notre séjour. Sans oublier leur disponibilité en cas de besoin et leur gentillesse. Bref, nous n'irons pas chercher très loin où nous poser si nous décidons de retourner dans la région. N'hésitez plus...

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine aux chalets des granges neuves à Chamonix ce ce cadre idyllique ! Situé dans un quartier calme avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes ce charmant petit chalet nous a comblé. Il a été bien pensé et superbement décoré avec de nobles matériaux. Le poêle à bois est un réel atout en cette période hivernale et nous a ravis tous les jours!!! Je conseille sans hésiter car ce type de prestation est plutôt rare.

2 adultes et un ado, nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Chamonix avec de plus un temps magnifique. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et discrets; n'hésitez pas à demander les conseils du propriétaire pour vos randonnées en Montagne. Le Chalet est bien équipé et notre fils de 13 ans a plus qu'apprécié sa chambre totalement indépendante.

Très bon accueil, des propriétaires agréables et une gentille attention nous attendait, corbeille de fruits, vin et fromage de Savoie. Le chalet est chaleureux et joliment meublé. On y retrouve tout le confort appréciable en vacances. Le mazot indépendant est un plus. Le chalet est bien situé proche de Chamonix et des départs pour des randonnées vers de magnifiques paysages de montagne. Avec le soleil qui brillait nous avions une belle vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. A recommander..

We were surprised at how complete this cottage is. It's not big, but it has everything you need. The house is very suitable for two people. The beautiful bathroom is downstairs and has a great shower! We like to cook ourselves and everything you need is in the kitchen. There is also plenty of (bed)linen. The home is located in a central location, near Chamonix but still nice and quiet. There are two terraces, in the morning you can drink your first cup of coffee in the sun and in the evening you can drink your rosé in the sun on the other terrace. There was fruit and a bottle of rosé when we arrived. The Perrin family are very warm and helpful people. Our stay here could not be better! Nous avons été surpris de voir comment cette maison complète. Ce n'est pas grand, mais il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La maison est parfaite pour deux personnes. La belle salle de bain est en bas et a une belle douche! Nous aimons cuisiner lui-même et surtout dans la cuisine. Il y a aussi beaucoup de linge. Il est situé dans un emplacement central près de Chamonix mais tranquille. Il y a deux terrasses, le matin, vous pourrez profiter du soleil de votre première tasse de café et le soir, vous pouvez aussi boire votre rosé au soleil sur la autre terrasse. Il y avait des fruits et une bouteille de rosé quand nous sommes arrivés. La famille Perrin sont très chaleureux et serviable. Notre séjour ne pouvait pas être mieux!

Mr et Me Perrin nous accueillent tous les deux pour nous présenter les atouts de ce chalet de charme où l'on perçoit réellement que les propriétaires on mis beaucoup de soin à nous recevoir. Prestation de qualité, cadeaux de bienvenue, aménagements pratiques, équipements haut de gamme , rien ne manquait. Idéalement situé, à equidistance de Chamonix (Commerces, Restaurant...) et du Domaine Skiable Les Houches, il offre un panorama à 360° sur la vallée de Chamonix, au pied du glacier des Bossons. En levant les yeux, on aperçoit l'aiguille du Midi perchée à 3842 mètres, vue magnifique, un havre de Paix ! Encore merci, nous reviendrons!

Unser Chalet, direkt unterhalb des Bosson Gletschers gelegen, bietet allen Komfort und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Busanbindung ist hervorragend (400m zur Endstation der Linie 2), so dass alle Ecken des Tals problemlos erreicht werden können. Die Bahnstation "les Bossons" ist fußläufig (20 Min) zu erreichen. Das Chalet ist perfekt für 2 Erwachsene, kann aber mühelos von 2 weiteren Personen genutzt werden, die im kleinen Nebenhaus untergebracht werden. Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, gerne kommen wir wieder

Situation du chalet, à proximité de Chamonix appréciable (3mn en voiture). Bonne description de la location et situation précise. Propriétaire sympathiques et discrets. La location était propre, et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les randonnées à Chamonix, l'accueil des commerçants et tout particulièrement le restaurant Casa Valerio, 90 rue du Lyret, fine cuisine italienne dans une ambiance agréable.
