About this chalet rental
A recently built, fully equipped townhouse perfect for enjoying your time with family or friends. Its ideal location right in the heart of the valley allows you to easily get to Chamonix and Les Houches. Whether it’s the natural light, the view from your couch, or the quality of the furnishings, you’ll be charmed—and all that’s left to do is relax in comfort after enjoying the many activities the valley has to offer.
Two chalets in the residence are currently under construction (completion in June 2024)
This high-quality property features a garden and two private parking spaces. It is spread over three levels as follows:
> Ground Floor: spacious ski room for storing your sports equipment (boot warmer); entryway with coat closet; bedroom with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet), and terrace.
> First floor: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, baking utensils, etc.) opening onto a very bright living/dining area. Access from the living room to the terrace with an outdoor dining area to enjoy the sun and the view of the Mont Blanc massif. A small laundry room with a washing machine and a half-bath (hand-washing sink) complete the first floor.
> Second floor: a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (two single beds, closet) and a third with a double bed (closet) so you can enjoy the view as soon as you wake up. A bathroom (bathtub, double sinks) is shared by these two bedrooms.
The property is located in the Bossons neighborhood, right in the heart of the valley. You’ll appreciate being in Chamonix yet away from the noise, allowing you to peacefully enjoy the view before you. It takes about 5–10 minutes to reach downtown, which is very easy to access via a ramp off the Route Blanche. It takes about the same amount of time to reach downtown Les Houches and its legendary ski areas, or Parc Merlet, renowned for its flora and fauna.

Two private parking spaces are available for guests with vehicles, as well as a visitor parking lot. We also provide Guest Cards for all travelers wishing to use public transportation for free, including the “Mont Blanc Express,” the valley’s historic train, which runs from Servoz to Vallorcine.
The trip from Geneva Airport—the closest to Chamonix—takes about 1 hour. You can reach Megève and St. Gervais in less than 45 minutes.
