Its private garden is ideal for enjoying lovely summer evenings. Whatever the season, it’s the perfect base from which to explore the hiking trails, ski areas and exceptional landscapes of the Chamonix valley.
This modern 55-square-metre flat can accommodate 6 people.
It is laid out as follows:
- 1 double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, a small desk area and access to the garden level
- 1 dormitory-style bedroom, ideal for children, with 4 single beds (including two bunk beds)
Please note: this room does not have a window.
- 1 shower room with washbasin, shower and washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
A living area comprising:
- 1 lounge with a 6-seater sofa and a Smart TV
- 1 dining area for 6 people
- 1 open-plan, fully equipped and well-organised kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.)
- 1 garden-level area with a dining area
Please note: access to the garden-level area is either via the left-hand side of the building when facing the front door — there are a few small steps — or from the double bedroom.
The Pélérins d’en Haut neighbourhood is a quiet and highly sought-after residential area of Chamonix, prized for its natural setting and proximity to the town centre.
