La ubicación es excelente si quieres estar en pleno centro,a menos de cinco minutos de bares, restaurantes....y a 10 minutos más o menos de la Zona de la Catedral que está llena de ambiente también,puedes ir andando a la Playa de la Caleta ( unos 10 m ) el paseo es agradable hasta llegar alli,tanto por las calles del centro como por el parque,eso sí si quieres estar en el paseo marítimo de la Playa Victoria llena de ambiente nocturno de bares de copas y chiringuitos tienes que ir en coche ,pero como el apartamento tiene plaza de garaje ( bastante amplia y no tienes ningún coche al lado ) no es inconveniente. La ubicación sin duda es un 10.

El único inconveniente que tuvimos por poner uno ,es que te cuesta un poco lo de la cerradura electrónica la primera vez ,cuando sabes cómo va es muy cómodo abrir desde el móvil, aunque hay que llevar las llaves encima por si acaso. Y que el techo del baño estaba en reforma.

The apartment is extremely well located - within walking distance of the centre and the beach in a quiet area. There are supermarkets near by. Free parking was a big bonus...our small car fitted fine. The apartment itself is stylish and well equipped....the beds and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of towels and a good shower. The double bed did seem s bit on the short side but we did not use it. Unfortunately all the positives were undermined by a few important negatives.

Despite listing a toaster there wasnt one..ok.not the end of the world. There was NO information with respect to the operation of appliances...the QR code did not work and the info link subsequently sent was pretty much pictures of appliances...nothing about how you use them. The air conditioning did not work...we were initially told we had the fan on the wrong setting but it turned out it was more fundamental than that so no air con when the temperature rose. This im afraid led to sleepless nights as the room was too hot and stuffy. Getting into the apartment for the first time was a bit of a nightmare after a long drive to cadiz. To be fair after trying to open it remotely they sent someone out. After that we used the keys!! The instructions re electronic opening are not clear. The use of an AI responder to messages was a bit of an irritation as inevitably everything had to be referred to "the team:". So what was a stay in a lovely apartment in a great location turned out to be a bit of a stressful and frustrating experience. Would I stay again? Yes - but only if these issues are sorted out....i suppose a problem with air conditioning could occur at any time but one would have hoped it had been checked before we arrived!

Die Unterkunft ist super toll gelegen und wundervoll ausgestattet. Der Komfort einer Tiefgarage und eines Fahrstuhl ist großartig. Ebenso die Lage zum Meer und zum Park hat uns Mega gut gefallen. Der Austausch mit dem Anbieter war 1A . Da sollten sich einige ein Beispiel dran nehmen. Absolut empfehlenswert mit Familie. Wir haben es sehr geliebt.

In punkto Sauberkeit darf man gerne noch eine kleine Schippe drauflegen. Gerade im Bereich unter Sofa und Bett darf man gerne mal schauen.😉

The location is great!

The flat doesn’t have air conditioning; what it has is an old ventilation system that’s completely useless. While we were there, temperatures reached 40 degrees and the property was like an oven — we couldn’t sleep. I raised this with the property owner and they sent over a fan, which didn’t help at all. On top of that, the bathroom door didn’t work, which was very inconvenient. I don’t recommend staying here specially in summer
