About this apartment rental
Magnificent and bright 140 m2 apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in a completely renovated building, in which the classic architecture of Cadiz has been respected, with high ceilings, exposed beams and classic stone.
Entering the apartment, we find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a double sofa-bed of 1.40 m, 2 armchairs, a Smart TV, and a coffee table. This room has high ceilings with wooden beams and a balcony, which gives it great light.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils, and has a wooden table with capacity for 8 people.
Around the living room and the kitchen are the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms that has the apartment, distributed in two corridors.
At the end of the first corridor we find the first bedroom, very spacious, with a 1.80 x 2 m double bed and a balcony that overlooks Obispo Cerero Street, with views of San Antonio Square. This bedroom has a study table and built-in wardrobe.
In the same corridor, we find the second bedroom, also with a balcony overlooking Obispo Cerero Street, 2 single beds of 0.90 x 2 m and a wooden coat rack. Right next to this bedroom we find the first full bathroom with a shower.
Crossing the living room we find the second corridor, where the other two bedrooms are, the first with a 1.80 x 2 m double bed, balcony, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
At the end of this corridor we find the last bedroom, equipped with 2 single beds of 0.90 X 2 m, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a window that overlooks an interior courtyard of the building.
The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, just a few meters from the San Antonio Square. Just a few steps away from the apartment are the main tourist attractions of the city, as well as shops, supermarkets, markets and restaurants serving the best fish in the area, and of course an endless number of small local bars where you can enjoy the best tapas and the best gastronomy of the city.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Our extended family of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed our stay at San Antonio V in Cádiz, Spain. The apartment is well located on a short pedestrian street leading to a corner of Plaza San Antonio. There are a few good restaurants conviently located on the Plaza, and a taxi stand across the square from the apartment, at the corner of Calle Ancha. Calle Ancha is another pedestrian street with many cafes, restaurants, and convience stores. It was only a 15 min. Walk to the Playa de La Caleta, where we took the kids to swim.There are a apartment was perfect for our large group, with a bedroom for each of the three adult couples and one for the three children. Two bedrooms have baths en-suite, and there is one additional full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table. All the appliances worked perfectly. Despite the close proximity to the lively plaza, there was never excessive noise from outside (or from the neighboring apartments).We had good communication with our host Susana. The only issues that we had were with the door loocks. The buildings front door lock was a little tricky to open, since it was necessary to pull the key out just a hair after inserting it, for the lock to turn. The door lock to the apartment itself was a bit sticky, and finally it was necessary that Javier came and sprayed lubricant on it to get it working right, but after that we had no further problems.In summary, for a large group, the property is a comfortable base

Everything went well with the stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Directions through Whatsapp and google maps spot on.
The location superb, the property was clean and as described. With the management available for help if needed. The rest was down to Cadiz. Which for many Britons is an unknown gem. It's just a great place to stay.

The location of this spacious apartment was fantastic. Right in San Antonio Plaza, 20 minutes walk to the beach and very near to all there is in the Old Town. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, lovely character. Main bathroom needs a replacement sink and could do with some storage space for our toiletries. One of the double bedrooms just has a wooden hanging rail with no shelves or drawers to put anything else that doesn't hang. Otherwise a very pleasant stay right near supermarket and bars etc. The communication between myself and Genteel, the management company was excellent and Jesus, who met us at the apartment was very good too. I would highly recommend.
