This modern holiday home is located in the heart of Cádiz and impresses you with its high-quality interior featuring stylish colour accents as well as with its optimal, quiet location close to the beach. The centrally located apartment is situated on the 1st floor (only a few steps to climb) and is ideal for family holidays. It has a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, toys, books and a highchair. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached easily on foot within a maximum of 100 m and the nearest beach, Playa de La Caleta, is 500 m or a 7-minute walk from the house.
There are no parking spaces on the narrow street or on the property, but there are several nearby. Private parking spaces are also less than a 5-minute walk away.

Great apartment for visiting Cadiz. Centrally located, clean, beds very comfortable. A few more steps then expected and unfortunately one night was rather noisy (not sure what celebration was occurring). Property contact was very responsive to any issue that arose, would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: La ubicación es genial coge todo muy cerca sin necesidad de desplazarte en coche y el piso muy limpio y ordenado y perfectamente equipado.
