My husband and I enjoyed three days at this lovely, quiet property in a residential setting with good access to a grocery store, restaurants and transportation. Everything in the apartment was very well appointed and clean. Communication with Alain was excellent and he was more than willing to assist us with our plans. Would highly recommend staying here.

A very good place to stay and travel out of Geneva. Upscale, quite and clean neighborhood. Access to Transport is a huge plus with an easy walk to Bus / Tram. Highly recommend for couples or small family.

This charming apartment was the perfect place for my son and my stay. Great amenities, comfy bed, excellent shower (although smallish, but we aren’t very big). Great walkability and convenient public transportation. Alain is so kind and the view of the garden was so peaceful. Will def stay again if we return to Geneva.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very cozy and homey. It was cool and not having an AC was not a problem at all. Alain was an excellent host and went above and beyond the call of duty when I was having trouble booking a taxi. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. The outdoor space was inviting. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Excellent communication.

Absolutely loved the location. On a quite residential street, beautiful gardens with a chorus of song birds to wake you up in the morning. Location very convient to public transportation. Alain could not have been more accomidating. Would highly recommend this propery.

What a find!!

What a find!!

What a lovely way to start our ten day vacation in Europe by spending the first two nights in this most charming 1 BR apartment. Located on the lower level of a huge home, it is charm personified. Exposed stone wall, modern decor, remodeled kitchen and bath. Plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. Alain, the kindest, most thoughtful host, was waiting for us on the sidewalk when our Uber arrived and he took great care of us during our stay. An easy walk to restaurants, to the bus line, this apt. is located in what looks like a very high end residential neighborhood. Lots of lovely homes all around. The only two disappointments were: - lack of windows in the BR. Since there is no air conditioning in the unit, there's no way to get fresh air in the bedroom unless you open the huge barn doors in the BR that lead to the driveway. The neighborhood seemed so safe, we did that but not the best way to keep the room cool to sleep. I can imagine in the summer, this would be a real issue. It was just in the 60's when we were there. - like most beds in Europe, there is no box spring, just a mattress. This mattress could definitely use an upgrade - maybe 5" tall at most? When you walk into the bedroom, it looks like the bed is sitting on the floor - because it is! Our backs hurt us for the next two days after we left Geneva because we slept so poorly. But, having said that, it's still a very charming, spacious one bedroom apartment. If you're not as picky about temperature and/or your mattress - this is the place for you!
