About this apartment rental
In the Milady residential area, south of Biarritz, enjoying a dominant position, the duplex apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living - dining room and a shower room.
The terrace, located to the west, enjoying an ocean view, is equipped with an electric blind and it is possible to eat there for 4 people and in complete privacy since it is not overlooked.
A closed individual garage allows parking without any inconvenience (except 4x4 and large station wagons)
Near the Milady (650 meters) and Marbella beaches, the Ilbarritz golf course (5 minutes by car), the surf and ocean museum and a thalassotherapy and gym center (600 meters) . Biarritz town center is 2 km away. A free shuttle is in place, in summer, through the town hall to reach the city center; the stop located not far from the residence.
The Basque-style residence is on a human scale (28 apartments), separated into 2 small buildings and is at a dead end. Tranquility assured.

We much enjoyed our stay at the Milady even so the rental is located down the bottom of a slope which is difficult to manage for a person with mobility issues so a car is essential to access the amenities especially as there are no shops nearby. Otherwise, it was excellent !

The property is simply perfect. We stayed this summer for two weeks. It has a great location to enjoy the best beaches in the area but it’s also a walk away from Biarritz city center. Every detail in the house is well cared by the owner and this makes the property special. Since we got there we got their support to ensure we just had to enjoy our holiday. Thanks Frédéric!
