About this villa rental
Detached villa in local stone with private swimming pool (10x4), fully air conditioned, on a large private property 5 minutes / 2 km from the charming village of Arzachena and 15 minutes / 12 km from the famous beaches of Porto Cervo.
The villa consists of living room with fireplace, living room, fully equipped independent kitchen and a pantry;
3 bedrooms: 1 with 160 cm bed with adjoining bathroom (shower),
1 with 160 bed with adjoining bathroom (bath),
1 with two 80 cm beds.
1 bathroom with WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer.
The terraces of the villa and the swimming pool are equipped with tables and chairs, lounge in woven resin, relax in teak and solar shower.
The independent covered barbecue is equipped with pizza oven, fireplace, table and chairs.
Ironing board, iron, washing machine. Hair dryer, flat screen tv, DVD player, satellite and Wi-fi are also available.
The nearest airport is Olbia - Costa Smeralda and is 27 km from Arzachena.
The territory of Arzachena, in the north of Sardinia, has always offered great services and events, especially in summer.

Wonderful property close to all amenities and all of natural beauty of the Costa Smeralda yet set on a private and stunning setting in the outskirts of Arzachena. Perfect for families with a manicured lawn, bbq and pool. Highly recommended, truely delightful.

The house was clean, well equiped and we did not miss anything! The swimmingpool was great for adults and children. Arzachena town is only 5 minutes away and there is a very nice restaurant nearby. The owners of the house is very helpful.

Excellent pool area although children need to be supervised as it’s deep. Large garden area suitable for relaxing or running around. Need own transport to get around with. Recommend ordering the air con in mid summer. We managed without but it was a bit hot in the bedrooms. Good base for exploring Coast and inland. Good market and supermarket in local town. Good restaurant within walking distance at local hotel. Property is well equipped and has an outside ‘kitchen’ with charcoal barbecue which was fun to use.
