The property is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lovely garden adds to the charme.
As a suggestion, it would be nice to have air conditioning since during the really hot days it was hard to sleep. We will definitely be back !

we rented the house for two weeks in August, with four adults and four children. the sleeping facilities and three bathrooms are perfect for a greater number of people.
in particular the spacious garden allowed the children to play.
just a few minutes walk downhill is the lovely little beach NELSON which offers crystal clear water and amazing view.
we had a few very hot days and while the house always benefits from a light breeze there is no air conditioning and nights can be warm in summer.
important to mention is that the house was very well equipped, sufficient cutlery, glasses, etc.
we strongly recommend a stay, we had a fantastic time

We had a wonderful vacation in a great house! Very comfortable, clean house with a great location and view. The owners are very helpful and very supportive, we felt welcome!!

The house is amazing.
Italian style, very comfortable and relaxing.
Everything is quite new like the kitchen, the fridge and the washer. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the ones with trunk beds is the perfect space for our children.
The garden is nice but the patio is the best place to stay
Porto Rafael is one of the best place I had never seen.
I will come back next year.

Maddalena doesn't speak English or others language but anyway we can understand: she manage the house like your house. And with a small gift she is also much better
