Beautiful apartment with every amenity and well kitted out ....lovely garden / decking area and pool a few steps away ( please note pool closed 130-330pm ) .... communication fantastic, beautiful beach , town , harbour 10/15 mins away by foot ; parking included in underground private garage but can be a bit tight ....; gardens and grounds beautifully maintained..Alessandro showed us how everything worked .. lovely welcome pack of basics too ..all in all fantastic place

No issues for us but the pool closed for a few hours ( made sense given heat etc) might not be ideal for some but all in all excellent

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt. Die Besitzer waren unglaublich freundlich, jederzeit gut erreichbar und haben sich wirklich gekümmert. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir kostenlos ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter bekommen haben. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wirklich top ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage fanden wir super: Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Palau ist ganz in der Nähe und ein kleines Café für den Morgenkaffee oder das Frühstück ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Obwohl alles sehr schnell erreichbar ist, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und perfekt, um zwischendurch noch eine Runde schwimmen zu gehen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

We really liked the apartment — it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable week in northern Sardinia. The décor was perfect, and the location made it incredibly easy to reach all the beaches and islands we wanted to explore. As a base for a family holiday, it worked really well.

Unfortunately, the communication with both the host and the service staff was slow and often confusing. One example: we were told the rubbish would be emptied daily. It was only when I asked where to take it myself, I was shown the bins - being further reassured they would collect them. Later, when the communal rubbish was full, we were bluntly told we had to empty it ourselves. The same happened with towels — we were only given a few large towel per person for the whole week, and when we asked about replacements, the reply was simply that we had a washing machine. For nearly £2k for the week, we expected clearer, kinder communication and a bit more service. Arrival was also stressful: despite sharing our arrival time multiple times (including on the day), the onsite contact didn’t answer the phone, and we ended up standing in the apartment complex for half an hour with two young kids. We were also surprised that around 80% of the block is residential. Mostly this was fine, but the family upstairs were extremely noisy late at night, which made it hard for our teen to get to sleep. Finally, the pool rules were very strict — inflatables were not allowed even when quiet (despite the signage suggesting otherwise), and the kids were told they couldn’t even jump in. We stopped using the pool altogether as it just wasn’t fun for them. We were constantly watching the kids - in an empty pool. We felt modest inflatables and some gentle jumping in should have been allowed.
