The cottage is surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the island of La Maddalena and has 4 bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms with shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 living rooms with views and access to terraces furnished with sofas, umbrellas and deckchairs.
The property includes air conditioning in the bedrooms, BBQ, WIFi internet and 2 indoor parking spaces.
The cottage is the ideal destination for those who want a stay between nature and relaxation in the beautiful setting of Punta Sardinia.

• 2 Attic bedrooms, with limited height, with 2 and 3 single beds (0.80 m wide) with direct access to the bathroom
• 4 Private bathrooms with shower
• 1 Service bathroom
• 2 Living Room with access to the terrace
• 2 Kitchens with microwave oven, dishwasher and outdoor access
Outdoor space
• Terrace of 50 m² + roof terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture available (outdoor tables and chairs), 2 deck chairs, 2 sun loungers, built-in barbecue.
The cottage enjoys the fragrances of Costa Smeralda and is a little paradise on earth for holidays full of comfort, sea and untouched nature, a perfect place for a stay with family or in couple in complete independence.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the beauty of this property. The home itself is incredible… Spacious, immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. We had all that we needed. The property itself is equally incredible… The view is stunning. The landscaping around the property is exquisite. Everything was as described and or better. The house manager and cleaning staff went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. We highly recommend this property and we hope to come back. It was everything we wanted and more.

We really enjoyed staying here! House was comfortable and clean. Lorenzo was incredible, very kind and responsive. We had minor issues that he was very quick to respond to.The house is outside the Porto Cervo area (about 30min driving), but still worth it! Beautiful region near Porto Rafael and Palau.
