Had a wonderful stay in this lovely little apartment. Cannot fault the apartment it is so well equipped with everything you need. The air con is excellent just what you need with the lovely french weather. It is ideally situated for visiting all the areas and although we hired a car you can easily bus/train to everywhere you want to go! Literally the beach is under a 5 minute stroll. Lastly the pool was fantastic with the most excellent hosts. Thank you for the gorgeous cake and flowers from the great hosts

The property is very clean and well equipped for a holiday stay. The pool is lovely and large. Close to beach, shops and a selection of restaurants. Contact with owners was at right level - they were on hand to answer questions, but not intrusive.A nice touch was having some home baking offered - which were all delicious!The apartment has all that we needed as a couple - but we would have felt it a bit small for more than 2 people.

We booked for 11 nights in August. I'm a single parent with two teenagers age 17 and 14. The indoor accommodation was small but perfect for us. It's very clean and because it's attached to the back of a private property it felt really secure and safe. The only thing to work out is who should sleep where as 11 nights on a sofa bed might not be ok for everyone - I shared with my daughter and am fortunately small. The outdoor space is fantastic and where you want to be. The pool was huge and beautifully maintained and the barbeque is great for cooking outdoors. We were keen to explore the area and used the train from Villeneuve Loubet - approx. 20min walk. The service was cheap with regular trains so we explored multiple parts of the coast including Monaco, Menton, Nice and Cannes. In doing so we also came to really appreciate the place we were in. The beach is busy but the boardwalk is great with some lovely breakfast cafe's and restaurants. Better to walk towards the marina near the big ship like apartment blocks than on the front itself. Christian and his mother were very helpful and Madame cooked me and the children a beautiful almond cake and pizza. A very nice homely gesture. Also really useful is the huge supermarket just 5 minutes up the road. I found that due to our location and the trains we managed this holiday without a car so anyone like me reluctant to drive abroad this holiday worked out really well. It's a definite case of what you see in the photos is what you get. And its lovely. I would be happy to go back.

Appartement très bien équipé, très propre et très bien situé : mer et commerces à 300 m tout en étant dans un quartier calme. La piscine privée est un atout, on se baigne à n'importe quelle heure. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse tout au long du séjour. En résumé nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Casa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. La piscina è stupenda e il proprietario ogni mattina se ne prende cura. Christian e sua mamma sono persone gentilissime e mai invadenti. Spiaggia e principali servizi a pochi minuti a piedi.

Très belle location ,à deux pas de la mer et de tous les commerces.La piscine est grande et très agréable . les propriétaires sont charmants et d'une très grande discrétion .On se sent vraiment chez soi avant d'etre chez eux.Appartement très sain et climatisé, le linge est fourni (votre lit est fait à l'arrivée !!) ce qui est un plus non négligeable.L'hypermarché est ouvert jusqu'à 22 h tous les jours (21 h le dimanche ) , accessible à pieds en 2 mn. Il n'y a AUCUNE nuisance bien qu'en ville . N'hésitez pas à explorer la région en train (25 mn à pieds de la gare).Bref on reviendra avec plaisir !

We had a lovely week in June in this comfortable apartment. It is very private in the back of the house. You don’t hear any noises, but it is still only a 2mins foot walk to the beach, the nearby supermarket and restaurants. The car parks safe inside the compound wall. The nice garden as well as the perfectly maintained and heated swimming pool is for the use of the guest. The outside shower and toiled in a small cabin next to the pool is something really unique and helps a lot in comfort. The kitchen was equipped well, here is especially to mention that the pots/pans and cutleries have been in a very good condition compared to so many other places. The outside sitting is perfect at any daytime, the small roof of the terrace gives a shelter of the sun. You can sit and dine in the sun or shade – almost the whole day. The hosts are very friendly people: decent and there in case of questions and help needed. Merci à vous deux - ou quatre ;-)

My husband and teenage daugther stayed in this appartmenet 10 days July 2018. We really enjoyed ourself. The interiour is small, but have everything you need. It is very clean and fresh. The swimming pool is superb and the garden is really beautiful. The location is perfect; close to everything you need and just a quick walk to the beach. The best, however, is the hosts! Christian and his mother were the perfect hosts. Living in their house gave us a feeling of not beeing in a tourist area. Christian was always available for questions and really service oriented. His mother and her dog charmed the three of us so much! However, the way the apatrtemment is build - gave us a lot of personal space. The hosts were very sensitive to our privacy which we also appreciated. We would love to come back to a beautiful place and the warm and kind people. Ellen, Norway.

Kleines Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und moderne Küche/Salon. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Innenhof mit Sitzgelegenheit, Möglichkeit zum Grillieren, Liegestühle und grosser Pool. Wir waren zu zweit da und haben die Ruhe genossen. Wir hatten den ganzen Innenhof für uns alleine. Christian und seine Mutter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und diskret. Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche da. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! endroit calme et toutes commodités à proximité. Propriétaires agréables, aux petits soins et très discrets. De plus, ils ont eu de charmantes attentions à notre égard, c'est rare ! appartement très bien aménagé ainsi que le superbe jardin "MAGNIFIQUE" sans oublier la piscine bien entendu. Nous ne regrettons absolument pas d'avoir choisi cette location. Un grand merci à Christian et Roby. VRAIMENT ! Si nous revenons à Villeneuve Loubet, ce sera là !

Second séjour dans cet endroit magique, d'une propreté irréprochable, rien ne manque, parfait pour les 3 personnes que nous étions. vous êtes prêts de tout mais sans la cohue du bord de mer ET A 2 minutes à pieds de la plage surveillée,du supermarché, restaurant, pharmacie, vous La piscine entretenue chaque matin, est chaude du matin au soir, juste devant votre terrasse, on peut presque manger les pieds dans l'eau, Des propriétaires d'une gentillesse absolue, discrets et prévenants; Christian qui veille à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien, et Roby sa maman avec qui nous avons fait de jolies ballades sur le bord de mer et qui a enchanté nos papilles avec sa pizza maison et sa tarte ... Quand je vous dis que cet endroit est un petit paradis... Nous ne pensons qu'à une chose, c'est y revenir l'an prochain, d'ailleurs Rendez-vous est pris avec Roby...

Excellente location dont le descriptif et les photos reflètent bien la réalité des lieux, la location est très bien entretenue. Vous avez tout à proximité : commerces, plage, restaurant ... et pourtant c'est un havre de paix. La piscine est un régal pour le quotidien, les propriétaires sont de bon conseils pour agrémenter vos vacances au mieux. C'est une adresse à retenir.

Un séjour de 2 semaines, dans un appartement superbement entretenu, une déco design, l'électroménager haut de gamme, une piscine couverte avec une eau bien chaude, entretenue chaque matin, une cuisine d'été avec vue sur la piscine et sur la très jolie fresque en mosaïque,;TOUT POUR DES VACANCES DE RÊVE vous êtes à 5 mns à pied de la plage de sable, du supermarché, d'une pharmacie, des restaurants.....tout se fait à pied, pas besoin de voiture, un gros avantage içi . et le petit plus c'est l'accueil des propriétaires, leur discrétion absolue, les petites attentions tout au long de notre séjour, un grand merci à Roby pour sa délicieuse pizza et son quatre quart aux amandes tout aussi succulent et sa compagnie lors de notre ballade sur le bord de mer avec son adorable petit chien qui a fait le bonheur de notre fille. on n'oublie pas Christian, toujours disponible et souriant, qui chaque jour entretient la piscine et ses abords; tout était toujours impeccable, vous pouvez y aller sans vous poser de questions, tout sera parfait; le seul regret c'est de devoir partir de ce petit coin de paradis; alors la solution c'est d'y retourner pour de prochaines vacances;

Une magnifique location, à 100 mètres à pied de la plage de sable (où vous trouverez foule d'activités nautiques), d'une pharmacie, d'un grand supermarché, des restaurants, vous faites tout à pied, un luxe dans cette région,. un appartement très propre, très bien aménagé,une déco design,,de l'électroménager haut de gamme ,la climatisation très appréciée par t° extérieure très chaude, une cuisine d'été ou il ne manque rien, avec en plus la piscine à deux pas de votre assiette, la piscine: grande, couverte donc une eau toujours propre et une eau chaude entre 27 et 29°;entretenue chaque matin ainsi que ses alentours. que dire des propriétaires.... discrets, prévenants, charmants, souriants...un grand merci à Roby pour sa délicieuse pizza, et son non moins succulent quatre quart aux amandes...et Christian attentif à ce que vous ne manquiez de rien et toujours joignable au cas ou... c'est un endroit où nous avons passé avec notre fille deux semaines de pur bonheur, le plus dur a été de faire nos valises pour en repartir... mais nous avons déjà prévu de revenir passer de prochaines vacances dans ce petit nid douillet, car nous avons pris rendez vous avec Roby pour des ballades matinales en bord de mer en sa compagnie et celle de son adorable petit chien qui a fait le bonheur de notre fille.....

Excellente location. Nous avons trouvé un logement d'une proporeté irréprochable, très bien équipé, au calme, correspondant exactement au descriptif donné. Le gros point fort est une très belle piscine avec un usage exclusif pour les locataires, sans aucun vis à vis, et très bien entretenue par le propriétaire en toute discrétion. Nous avons aussi apprécié la terrasse très bien ombragée pour tous les repas. L'emplacement est idéal à 100 m de la plage (plage très agréable, très grande, avec toutes les activités nautiques et pas en bord de route) et d'un grand supermarché. Cette location est idéalement située pour visiter la région qui est très riche (pays côtier et arrière pays). Vous serez accueillis par des propriétaires charmants, soucieux du bon déroulement de votre séjour et d'une grande discrétion. A recommander sans hésitation.
