About this apartment rental
The apartment has a double bedroom with a closet and a window.
In the living area: a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine; 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; TV, Wi-Fi, and Google Chromecast; a terrace with a sea view where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the sea breeze, just like on a cruise.
Bathroom with sink, bidet, shower, and washing machine.
There is a small indoor garage for parking your car, and the building has an elevator.
Just cross the street to find an excellent Casino supermarket, a pharmacy, and a bank with an ATM.
A wonderful bike path runs along the sea, with a sailing and windsurfing school and various recreational activities nearby. Plenty of restaurants and pizzerias to suit every taste.
Peach Melba (in English, Peach Melba; in French, pêche Melba) is a dessert invented by French chef Georges Auguste Escoffier, born in Villeneuve-Loubet, in honor of the legendary Australian opera singer Nellie Melba, whom he greatly admired.
Marina Baie des Anges: The marina consists of a shopping center and four large, curved, sloping buildings that symbolize giant sails. This prestigious and futuristic architectural structure has been designated a “20th-Century Heritage Site.”
The Castle of Villeneuve-Loubet, founded in the 13th century by Romée de Villeneuve, consists of four buildings surrounding a trapezoidal inner courtyard. A tower stands at each of the four corners. Protected by two surrounding walls featuring battlements and loopholes, the castle has retained the austere appearance of a medieval fortress.
The Provençal village: the historic district is the heart of the small town of Villeneuve. Rebuilt in the 16th century following the great epidemics that led to its decline, the village features several gates dating back to the Renaissance, the Church of Saint-Marc, the Chapel of Notre Dame d’Espérance, and the washhouse on Rue des Poilus.
Château de Vaugrenier: The Château de Vaugrenier is a Palladian-style mansion built in the late 16th century.

As mentioned in my previous Review, I stated that there is no better compliment as a guest who comes back again.......This is Fantastic stay #2 for me, and plans are already made for a 3rd! Love the Sea-View thru the huge glass sliding doors, and of course the view from the large private covered patio is even better!Once again, the hosts were excellent to work with. Looking forward to October! :)Thanks so Much,Mike

As a former VRBO host myself, there can be no better compliment than a guest who books your property more than once. Even before leaving, I have made arrangement to book this wonderplace again!The Ocean View is spectacular, the large outdoor patio is inviting and the apartment is well equipped with everything you could need. The hosts are great and attentive too.Right across the road is an enourmous Inter Marche' store that has anything and everything you could possibly need.....and it's literally only steps away, just like the Beach!Another positive is the convenient location of this apartment which lies in between Nice and Antibes, but does not have the crowds that make those special places a bit overwhelming. Overall, I've given this Villeneuve-Loubet rental 5 stars and can't wait to returnMike Murphy
