Bel appartement avec vue sur mer,mais qui manque un peu d'entretien.On paye 35 € de frais de nettoyage,ce n'était pas propre,on a passé 2h chacun,ma femme et moi à faire les poussières,cela n'avait pas du tout été fait.On a aspiré partout car il y avait des mitons sous les lits etc.Les vitres étaient dans un état lamentable,l'évier sale,la cafetière pas nettoyée,le congélateur pas dégivré,le réfrigérateur pas propre.Je demande le remboursement de la prestation de nettoyage car je loue depuis plus de 20 ans des appartements sans payer des frais de nettoyage et qui sont très propres à notre arrivée.Il faudrait contrôler la société qui nettoie.
Je suis désolé,je ne changerai pas mon appréciation car c'est la vérité,je ne veux pas induire en erreur de futurs vacanciers qui loueront cet appartement.J'ai oublié de signaler qu'un mitigeur ne fonctionne pas,une prise de courant ne tient plus dans le mur,les portes fenêtres en bois très vieilles ont du mal à fermer.D'autre part,il n'y a pas de détecteur de fumée,ce qui est,je pense,obligatoire pour un appartement qui est loué.
