About this house rental
Apartment 2 rooms in Villa in a quiet and residential area 2 km from the beach and 1.6 km from the village and the river Loup and many walks.
Tourist tax, 3 stars: 2.14€ per night and per adult
Security deposit 500€ by bank pre-authorization except with Airbnb.
You will be asked to sign a contract at the time of booking.
Cleaning included. Linen in option 60€ per stay and for all tenants.
Beyond 3 weeks, additional cleaning and/or linen possible.
Free baby equipment on request.
On the ground floor a living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, dishwasher, flat screen TV, Orange wifi internet and TV, 1 toilet with washing machine, sofa-bed 140x200.
On the 1st floor: 1 parental suite of 25 m² on mezzanine overlooking the living room and garden, air-con, TV, with shower, bed 160x190
Great garden 100 m²: shaded pergola for eating, barbecue, relax

For your walks: 15km of cycle paths between the sea and the village. The ride in the Pays d'Escoffier to discover the village, the bike rally between village and port 1h30 to 2h30 to realize and answer the riddles of the road book.
