About this house rental
Fully equipped house with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, espresso machine, iron, kettle and TV with Freeview. Rental for 5 people, for each additional person 10 euros per night up to 8 people. A bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. A second bedroom with a double bed, 1 single bed and 1 cot which can be moved. A third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Household linen included.
No heating in the house. A chimney (wood is not provided).
Calm assured, Highway A14 not very far (not annoying) Sea 30 kilometers. + banks, pharmacies, Medicines centers, Hospitals, Stores, Cinema, Casino, Discotheque, village festivals, markets, multi entertainment in the region; etc, etc
COIMBRA: tourist sites, Universsitee 800 Ans, old town - MONTEMOR-O-Velho: medieval castle, competitions of FIGUEIRA FOZ, TOCHA, MIRA Beaches - Bairrada Wine Route at 10/30 km. Walks, kayak descents, spas: ria AVEIRO, LEIRIA, LOUSA, PENACOVA, LUSO, BUCACO 25km - FATIMA sanctuary, 75km. PORTO 100km LISBON 2OOkm / Tocha Beaches 28 km. Mira 28km, Figueira da Foz, Buarcos, Gala, Cabedelo 32 km

We were in town for a family function and the house was very spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the area. There is a lot to do for the kids with a table-tennis table and loads of board games as well as a prop up pool in the summer. (Just note that there is no heating, so if you’re of a weak constitution, you should probably not stay here in the winter time…)

The weather was quite cold no heat we did have plenty blankets and hot water . No tv , so we slept early, the neighbors were very friendly and helpful as the lights went out . Portugal was beautiful food great experiences were fantastic. Thank you Portugal.

War ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Haus tip top, alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

En general la casa está bien, aunque estaba sucia por muchos sitios, con telas de araña en las esquinas de las habitaciones, eso si ,los dueños te querían medio obligar a contratar la limpieza, que la casa esta muy limpia, no es verdadero.
Otra cosa es que al alquilar la casa os fijéis en el símbolo de Wifi, que lo ofrece en los servicios de la casa, luego es falso y te quiere cobrar la conexión, estuve hablando con el dueño y se lo pregunté que era confuso el alquiler, que ponía la señal de Wifi en los servicios, tardo 3 minutos en quitarlo del anuncio de la casa, tengo el pantallazo en mi móvil,ojo con la conexión telefónica, allí va fatal el 4 G
