About this house rental
Charming character house of 155 m2 in the picturesque village of Menounière located on the west coast of the island of Oléron or you can explore the narrow streets littered with stone cellar, renovated into housing. We are located 200 m from the beach. You can swim at high tide and learn to fish on foot at low tide ... Very close cycle path allowing you to cross the island in full safety. '
You will be 2 km from the charming fishing port of Cotinière and 4 km from St Pierre the capital of the island where you can go to the market to find all the local production of the island and the fresh fish from the port of Cotinière.
For the days of little laziness a very good restaurant is located 100 m from your rental.
Our house has an upstairs master suite of 40m2 with a 180 cm bed. With bathroom
On the ground floor a bedroom with a 160 bed and a bathroom. This is the walk-in showers.
A separate toilet.
Sheets and towels
A superb fully fitted kitchen opening onto an 80m2 room with a pocket bay opening onto a terrace with a jacuzzi and a patio for sunbathing out of sight.
A private parking space.
Internet connection with large screen but no TV programs, sorry.
