About this house rental
Relax in this beautiful renovated house, a former wine cellar, located in a quiet spot just a 5-minute walk from the beach in the charming hamlet of La Menounière in Saint-Pierre-d'Oléron. Its lovely, well-equipped enclosed patio is bathed in light, sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, perfect for unwinding.
You'll appreciate its comfort, its beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, and its wood-burning stove for cozy evenings by the fire in the off-season. Fast Wi-Fi and a large TV complete the picture.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a coat closet, a living room with an open-plan kitchen leading onto the patio, and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, and a kettle. The living room features a large 65" smart TV, a Bouygues Telecom box with Wi-Fi 7, and its Bbox TV service. In the utility room, you will find the washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and all necessary cleaning supplies.
Upstairs, the 21m² master bedroom overlooks the patio and features a queen-size bed (160cm), a wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as a sofa bed. The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm), a chest of drawers and wardrobe, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The 30m² patio, fully enclosed with exposed stone walls, enjoys a sunny southwest exposure, sheltered from the wind, and furnished for relaxation and pleasant evenings. It includes a covered area with a stone countertop and sink, a stainless steel griddle, garden furniture with armchairs and a sofa, a ceramic table, and a solar shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
