Quiet little house 250 meters from the ocean and the cycle path, ideal for resting, the port of La Côtiniere 3 kilometers (protected cycle path), 3km from Saint Pierre d'Oléron, located approximately in the middle of the island. Equipped kitchen, oven and traditional cooking, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, electric blender, coffee maker, kettle, 3 bedrooms, one with shower, sink and 2 single beds, 90, double bed 140 in the other 2 bedrooms, 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer. Linen not provided. Enclosed garden, private space for 1 vehicle, automatic gate, courtyard to shelter bicycles. No smoking, pets are not allowed. Telephone network, no WiFi.
