About this house rental
Magnificent holiday rental with its 4 bedrooms, Villa Sérénité offers you a dream setting. It bears its name well and you will immediately be conquered by places where you will appreciate the quietude and the sweetness of life.
Totally outward-looking, the villa offers a magnificent terrace (100 m²) for your meals and cocktails with family or friends, with a beautiful heated natural stone swimming pool, a jacuzzi and tropical trees (palm trees, frangipani , etc.).
The property is divided into a villa (235 m² with 3 bedrooms) and a bungalow (25 m² with 1 bedroom). It also has a sauna.
From the first floor, the splendid view of the ocean will delight you.
The villa is secured (fence + automatic access gate) and is located in a subdivision of some houses with access gate.
It has a covered garage for two vehicles (parking outside possible also).
INSIDE

On two levels, the villa offers a neat decoration and 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The bungalow is composed of an air-conditioned bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. There is also a small covered terrace.
Very functional, the villa has a large living space, with a living room and living room, turned on the beautiful terrace with dining table and outdoor lounge.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen, TNT channels and Internet access by Wifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge / refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, cooking rings, toaster, kettle ...).

The villa offers a luxuriant and verdant setting on the west coast which enjoys a unique microclimate with over 300 days of sunshine per year, and is located in a quiet residential area.
You will appreciate the proximity of many services of proximity to 1 km of the villa (supermarket, bakery, tabac-press, pharmacy, DAB, petrol station).
The town center of the famous seaside resort of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains is 10 minutes away by car and offers many shops and restaurants. Boucan-Canot and its famous beach is located 10 minutes and also hosts many restaurants and a beautiful beach. You will reach the lagoon in 15 minutes to admire the multicolored fish.

The parties and receptions are strictly forbidden, the villa is planned for 8 people maximum.
Access to the swimming pool is not allowed outside.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.
Animals are not allowed.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

Minimum 5 days rental.
To reserve, a transfer of 25% of the rental amount will be requested. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of late booking (less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay), the total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking.
Deposit: An imprint of credit card or check of 2000 euros (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned no later than 15 days after your departure provided that no damage has been caused to the Villa.
A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.
Time of entry: between 15h and 19h.
Departure time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and / or after.
In case of late arrival (after 19h) or early departure (before 8am), thank you to report it (a supplement of 50 € will be requested on arrival).

Accueil de Marine très sympa, villa agréable avec piscine, beaucoup d’espaces.
Peut-être un bémol le sauna ne chauffe pas assez.

Trés jolie propriété avec des extérieurs magnifiques et un emplacement de choix, en hauteur sur la côte ouest. La villa est trés agréable à vivre mais on sent qu'elle a un peu "vieilli". Un "petit coup de neuf" pourrait lui redonner son lustre d'antan.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans la villa malgré quelques points négatifs.
La villa est très bien située, prêt des commerces et restaurants. Magnifique vue sur l'océan depuis la terrasse du haut. Accueil du personnel très agréable. Bien sécurisé grâce à la clôture.
En se qui concerne le rangement de la maison, il y a beaucoup d'affaires personnelles du propriétaire qui ne devrait pas ce trouver dans la villa. Le coin grillade n'est pas propre et mal situé. Attention aux prises électriques avec des enfants en bas âge.
L'ile de la Réunion est absolument incroyable.
