About this villa rental
In a beautiful tropical enclosed garden of 500 m2 at 300 m from the ocean, pretty single-storey house of recent construction "Margalie" for 8 people with veranda (large covered terrace) + a terrace which leads to the swimming pool, for good moments of relaxation. The swimming pool is heated in winter from May to October.
In the children's playground: giant swing, mikado and domino.
A barbecue and a plancha are available for grilling.
Parking for 2 cars secured by gate with automatic closing.
The garden and the swimming pool are regularly maintained.
The house consists of an equipped US kitchen, beautiful living room with flat screen TV and WIFI connection, 4 air-conditioned double bedrooms, 2 of which are master bedrooms with shower and wc, 1 bathroom and wc, 1 large veranda fitted with a dining table for 8 and a lounge. A cot and a high chair can accommodate the little ones.
In a quiet area, you have the amenities nearby (supermarket, bakery, ..), a bus stop 2 minutes walk.
The villa is located 10 minutes from L'Ermitage beach, 2 km from Boucan Canot beach and the center of Saint Gilles les Bains (Roches Noires and Brisants beaches, the port) where you have many bars and restaurants. You can indulge in your favorite activities: hiking, paragliding, sea trips, deep-sea fishing, diving, discovery of the island by helicopter, mountain biking and also lazing around and picnicking on the beach ...

Villa moderne, propre, tout confort. Très bon emplacement, à proximité d'un supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie. Lotissement calme.
