📅 BOOKING CONDITIONS

▪️ Minimum stay: 5 nights
▪️ Deposit: 25% at the time of booking (balance to be paid 30 days before arrival)
▪️ Security deposit: 2000 € (pre-authorization on credit card on arrival)
▪️ Seasonal rental contract: it will record all this information
▪️ Check-in hours: 3pm-7pm
▪️ Departure times: 8am-11am
These hours may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after, depending on the scheduling constraints (reception and cleaning).
