our house has 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms upstairs)
bedroom 1: 140 x 190 bed new bedding with mattress cover, with a balcony.
bedroom 2: 140 x 190 bed new bedding with draw sheet
bedroom 3: 140 x 190 bed new bedding with draw sheet
a bathroom with a sink, 1 shower and 1 WC).
at the ground floor:
bedroom 4: 160 x 190 bed new bedding with draw sheet
bedroom 5: 160 x 190 bed new bedding with draw sheet
bathroom with walk-in shower, two sinks.
cooked:
fully equipped with an opening on the dining room and the living room as well as an office room.
(TV, wifi).
outside swimming pool (8m x 4m) with a wooden terrace (100m²). the whole on a closed and sported ground, without opposite of 600m ². in a charming subdivision near the town and shops.
we also provide 2 bikes.
linen provided:
(sheets, duvets, pillows, hand towels)
You will also find the necessary for baby (high chair, bath, folding bed and mattress).
You will also spend pleasant evenings with family and friends around the swimming pool and you also have space to cook a la plancha where you can prepare fish and meat from the region.

The house is according with the pictures you can see in the ad. Very nice stay, good beds, nice area close to the town and 10 min by car to the beache. The only but was that upstairs the temperature is much higher than ground floor.

We all love this house!! This is our second stay here and all the family had a wonderful holiday. The pool is warm and beautifully clean...we could not get the children out of it!!
The house is very generously equipped and spacious inside as well as being on a very private plot, in a quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful sandy Messanges beach is a quick 10 minute cycle ride away and the piste cyclable is only a couple of minutes cycle in the other direction. We had fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery every morning and Vieux Boucau with its markets, lake, restaurants and delicious ice creams is only a 15 minute cycle away.

Plenty of space, clean house with pool, quiet village, fully equipped, very warm welcome

Absolutely loved our stay here. Really peaceful neighbourhood with some very stylish houses. We biked from the house onto the near by cycle paths through the forest. Messanges beach is around 2 miles away. It is a fantastic beach. Clean soft sand and great waves for surfing.The whole area is lovely. Lakes, beaches, forests and quaint French villages. There are a few local shops in the village and 2 super markets a 5 minute drive in either direction.The owner met us on arrival and departure. A very friendly chap. He showed us around the property and left a few local treats for us too. The house really is great. Very highly recommended.
