Le personnel est très agréable et au petit soin avec nous. L emplacement de la résidence est très agréable, la formule all inclusive est top avec des produits frais et variés. Petit bémol sur le manque de climatisation dans les parties communes et les appartements heureusement que l on nous a prêté un ventilateur pour notre chambre par le personnel mais cela été un peu juste. C est le seul bémol sinon le séjour était vraiment très agréable. Nous reviendrons

Emplacement idéal, en bordure du lac, avec le centre du Vieux-Boucau accessible à pied.
LEs chambres ne sont pas climatisés. En période de canicule, cela peut être difficile.

La ubicación, tranquilidad
La falta de luz, incomprensible ! Había focos en el hall sin bombillas. En la habitación una luz amarilla, que no veo el sentido…sin comentar en la estancia principal: salón, cocina. Muy poca luz! Tampoco he entendido que tengamos que bajar la basura, quitar las sábanas de la cama, etc
