Air-conditioned apartment located at the entrance of Ajaccio, 5 minutes from the airport.
In a quiet residence of 3 floors, the apartment is a 150m2 duplex located on the top floor.
The Corse Azur and Ricanto beaches (Tahiti beach) can be reached on foot in 5 and 10 minutes.
Apartment for 7 people with the possibility of adding a cot.
Fully equipped apartment including:
- air conditioning, WIFI, washing machine.
- 2 terraces with sea view. One is equipped with an outdoor lounge and the other with deckchairs.
- 1 terrace with clothes line.

The apartment is big, comfortable, with lots of light and great views. I has everything you might need. There's only one "but". Some things are way too old and need remodeling/change. Specially bathrooms where you can see all the pipes. And the tiles on the floor and walls are probably from the 80's. Dishwasher, some lights, some mattresses, etc need replacement and electrical installation needs maintenance. And there's some old and useless furniture and other stuff that could be removed to give even more room. But don't get me wrong. If you are not picky about things looking modern, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable and you'll be more than fine. And the terraces are great to have dinner or breakfast with views of the port and the bay.
Finally, it has a great plus. The landlord, Sandrine, is very helpful and tries to adapt to your needs as much as possible. She let us leave the apartment late in the afternoon since there was no guest to come in that day. And we got to have the cleaning lady to come in the middle of our stay at a reasonable fare.
We had a great time there.
