A casa d'oro, renamed casa Missiavu in tribute to the grandfather.
The Missiavu casa is a comfortable and independent family villa, ideally located in the Gulf residence in Porticcio, seaside resort of southern Corsica.
Residential area with caretaker and parking, sea view on the Gulf of Ajaccio and its legendary sunsets ..
Nearby (900 m) beaches and shops, water activities, sea excursions, hypic center, sea shuttle to Ajaccio, restaurants and gastronomy, disco and heart of life.
It is possible to walk to the beach, the restaurant, (disco for young people), shopping downtown (traders and supermarket).

Enclosed and planted garden of about 450m2, small sea view between trees, 2 tiled terraces and a wooden terrace.
In the Mediterranean garden are lemon trees, orange trees, palm trees, syagrus romanzoffianum and buta capitata, ficoide, cazanias, mulberry trees, kumquat, birds of paradise, callistemon, agathea, lavandin, litosporum, ficoide, shrubbery, abelia, agaves, mimosas, pink lariers , bignone, and other species of the sun ... but our residents must water the garden conscientiously at night preferably, it is a commitment to take ...

The property is in an excellent location with a view on the sea and in the sun, the house is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Patricia met us with a smile and explained how everything worked in the property, our two week stay was very enjoyable and we will certainly return to stay there again, a 5 star rating is absolutely correct

De belles vacances corses dans cette maison très bien située, à proximité des commerces tout en étant au calme.
Le jardin est très agréable et offre de belles surprises. La maison est confortable, l’accueil et très chaleureux!
La vue est tout simplement splendide depuis la terrasse, plein ouest sur Ajaccio et ses crêtes, avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil.
Excellent point de départ pour explorer la côte ouest de la Corse du nord au sud!

Lorsque l'on a pu lire dans l'annonce de l'offre de location " Villa de charme pour un séjour de rêve ! On ne peut qu'être déçus. Chambre du rez de chaussée petite : pas de table de nuit, une lampe de fortune à même le sol en guise de lampe de chevet avec une ampoule de 100 watts, pas de tringe pour pendre ses vêtements, pas la place pour mettre une chaise, ni ranger sa valise. Pas de poubelles ni dans les salles de bains, ni dans les wc, ni dans la cuisine. La soit disant salle de bain extérieur : un qualificatif bien prétentieux. La cour et le jardin mal entretenu. Je me suis employée à arroser tous les jours. Et ne parlons pas des coupures d'eau qui peuvent aller au delà d'une demi-journée. La galère par rapport à l'évacuation des sanitaires et il fallait jongler pour se doucher. Une parenthèse aujssi quant aux installation électriques qui me laissent septique par rapport aux normes. En résumé, location qui ne correspondait pas à ce que l'on pouvqait attendre. Je pense qu'il serait de votre intérêt et de celui des clients de faire, de temps à autres, le rapprochement entre l'annonce et la réalité. Au vu de toutes les consignes données par les propriétaires, nous pouvions espérer mieux. J'espère que vous tirerez profit de mes constats. Excusez-moi mais quand on vous annonce 7 couchages : c'est carrément pas possible de vivre à 7 dans cette maison. Une seule chose à peu près agréable: la terrasse du rez de chaussée et encore, nous avons du réclamer, les transats étaient hors d'usage. Il manque aussi des parasols. Voilà mes impressions sur cette propriété.
