About this villa rental
In Porticcio, the villa Serena offers you an exceptional view of the sea, the maquis and the mountains, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the shops.
Very open to the panorama and not overlooked, the house has several terraces and a swimming pool (heating at 28 ° at an additional cost) to enjoy the sun and the shade as you wish.
THE VILLA :
Villa Serena overlooks Ajaccio bay and offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of Porticcio over the sea and the mountains. It is a traditional type villa. It has 4 bedrooms.
The living room, 3 of the bedrooms, all the terraces and the swimming pool have a view of the sea. It is ideal for 6 to 8 people (6 adults maximum).

The interior:
It is a traditional Corsican type house. The living room is pleasant and practical with its opening onto the terrace and the balcony which incidentally allows the room natural ventilation. The high ceiling and exposed beams also bring character and authenticity to this room.
Each bedroom overlooks the terrace not overlooked. The kitchen and the bathrooms are recent.
The House :
the house is built on a hill in the private residence of Terrasses de Porticcio. It consists of two levels: The entrance, the living room and the kitchen are upstairs. The rooms are on the ground floor and are naturally cool in summer.
Located in a dead end, Villa Serena is protected from car traffic. It is possible to use the tennis court (average condition) of the Residence for free.
An outdoor parking space allows parking in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
Upstairs terraces:
The upper floor of Villa Serena with its balcony and two terraces allows you to enjoy the panorama. the first terrace adjoins the kitchen with a table for 8 people, it is shaded with its blind. in the evening, it is the second terrace which is privileged because it offers a spectacular view. With its barbecue, the evenings are sweet or festive.

The three bedrooms open onto a long L-shaped terrace facing the sea.
The swimming pool :
One of the peculiarities of the house is that it has preserved an area of the original maquis. A swimming pool (8m x 3m) has been integrated into it as an extension of the bedroom terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was equipped with everything you can possibly need. The house is perfectly set up for gathering with family. The view and the pool make for an ideal vacation.
The hosts were extremely welcoming and had great communication.

This is a beautiful home in the most incredible setting up a very steep hill. The inside space is fantastic, living space is comfortable and the kitchen very well resourced. We had a 2 year old and they had everything that we needed - cot, high chair, toilet aids etc. The house is on a steep hill so there are steep steps inside and out, but all the balconies and pool were really safe. We had a fantastic week. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a brilliant time at Villa Serena. The terraces offer stunning views across the Golfe d'Ajaccio which we enjoyed at all times of the day. The pool with its child-alarm and high gate was very helpful for us with the 4 children in our party. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and the Carrefour, poissonerie and many boulangeries are all close by. We thoroughly enjoyed discovering the beautiful beaches south of Porticcio which is quite built up (and can be loud at night with music from the nightclubs). We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
