About this apartment rental
In PORTICCIO, very nice seaside resort 15 km south of Ajaccio, very nice new apartment, spacious (T3 of 62 m2 + 22 m2 terrace - 2 rooms) modern, bright and nicely decorated (contemporary furniture). Magnificent panoramic sea view (180 °) on the Gulf of Ajaccio from the large semi-covered terrace of 22 m².
8 minutes walk, golden sand beach with turquoise blue sea, transparent, all shops, restaurants, shops.
The apartment: very comfortable and very well equipped (T3 of 62 m2 - 2 bedrooms + large terrace) (sleeps 7).
In a quiet residence, contemporary architecture, delivered in 2016 and very well designed. Secure access via mechanized gate. Car parking.
• 2 bedrooms: large double beds of 160 (separable) and a bed of 90 cm raised in one of the 2 rooms. Sheets and duvets provided.
• Bathroom with walk-in shower. Shower towels (non-beach) provided, hairdryer available.
• Separate WC toilets.
• Well equipped kitchen area: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster ... Washing machine, iron ...
• Dining area with table and chairs for 6-7 people

• A few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of white or golden sand, turquoise and clear waters ... (Isolella, Silver Beach, Ruppione, Maresol ...)
• Hiking trails by the sea or in the mountains, in the maquis, around the lakes ...
• Good situation at the crossroads of the main roads to discover Corsica. 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Ajaccio ferry terminal.
• Possibility of car rental, water sports on the beach ... sea trip in the Gulf of Ajaccio, the Sanguinaires Islands, Calanches de Piana (Unesco site) ...
