This house consists of two distinct sections.
The main house features:
A large, fully equipped kitchen that doubles as a dining room with an extendable farmhouse table;
A large living room equipped with a large flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, various decorative furnishings, and a radio;
A large master bedroom with a king-size bed (160x200) and a desk;
A children’s bedroom equipped with two 90x200 beds on casters (which can be pushed together) and a side table/desk;
A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a washing machine, and ironing supplies;
A separate toilet.

The annex includes:
A large master bedroom with a king-size bed (140x200) and a desk;
A children’s bedroom with two 90x200 beds on casters (which can be pushed together);
A large bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks;
A separate toilet.

Behind the main house, there is a patio for relaxing, furnished with a side table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
In front of the main house, there is a terrace large enough for a big garden table and 10 chairs. A large umbrella provides shade for dining, as the terrace faces due south.

Adjacent to the terrace is a lawn. A solar-powered shower has been installed near the well for rinsing off or cleaning seashells after a trip to the beach.
