The terrain/garden and view are fantastic. To encounter a place with ample space and trees for many many species of birds is a delight. Great oppurtunity for birders to take some good photo's from your terrace! Surroundings made me wonder why I don't live in Jars myself.....Paul (and his wife!) and Isabelle were very nice and helpful. The owner Luc is swift and friendly in his replies.

For this summer we were looking for a house in The Val de Loire, we found two houses to our taste but unfortunately for this house we choose the other one. But the email contacts with Mr tytgat were great; all our emails and questions were answered quick, comprehensively, and allways with a smile.. Wir haben die Tage auf diesem einsamen Hof genossen, das für uns beide viel zu groß war .... innen sehr gut ausgestattet, die Räume liebevoll gestaltet und sehr stimmig renoviert. Allein aus den Aussenanlagen könnte man noch sehr viel mehr machen, Unkräuter entfernen, ein wenig Bepflanzung, noch eine weitere Sitzgruppe .. oder Liegen (die haben wir wirklich vermisst).

Unseren 4wöchigen Sommerurlaub buchten wir bereits im November 2020 mit Monatsrabatt. Die Kommunikation mit Luc war von Beginn an exzellent - man wartete kaum auf Antworten und man bekam umfassend Rückmeldung. Das Angebot einen Smart-TV zu installieren nahmen wir dankend an um deutsche Streamingdienste zu nutzen. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist für die sehr ländliche Region sehr gut, wenn von einem Gerät gestreamt wird. Die Einweisung erfolgte durch den englischen Hausgärtner Paul in Englisch. Sie war umfassend und sehr aufschlussreich. Während des gesamten Aufenthaltes waren Luc und insbesondere Paul immer erreichbar, waren auskunftsfähig und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Highlight des Urlaubes war der Pool mit Gegenschwimmanlage. Unsere beiden Söhne (6&5) haben - zu nächst mit Schwimmnudel, dann ohne - Schwimmen gelernt. Aufgetretene Problemfelder während des langen Aufenthaltes wurden sofort besprochen und es wurde prompt Abhilfe geschaffen. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub, in sehr ländlicher Atmosphäre, im Hinterland des Weinanbaugebietes um Sancerre. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind ca. 20 Min entfernt, dies sollte man bei der Planung berücksichtigen und Einkäufe alle 4-5 Tage einplanen.

Un Grand Merci à Luc, le propriétaire, et Paul, la personne qui nous a reçu. Ils sont très avenants. Vous trouverez tous le nécessaire, hormis l'alimentaire, bien entendu, dans cette maison. Le salon est plein de caractère et l'étage est très cosy. Ils ont pensez à tous... en équipements divers et variés. Il y a huit vélos, des jouets à gogo,.. et une piscine impeccable exactement comme les photos. Elle est bien chauffée. Le paysage de la propriété est encore plus joli en vrai. En famille, nous avons apprécié le Cosne-cours sur loire, Gien, zoo de beauval, la ferme de brissauderie... etc. J'ai bien apprécié la gentillesse de Paul. Vous aimerez...

Het buitenleven op deze vakantieplaats was zeer mooi en rustig, de mooiste sterrenhemel ooit! Binnen was wel minder, algemeen niet goed proper gemaakt en de kamer beneden is ook dringend toe aan renovatie ( vochtig en stoffig). In de keuken was er de eerste dagen een vliegenplaag terwijl er geen koeien in de omringende weilanden aanwezig waren. Samengevat: Indien de binnenkant een grondige opknapbeurt zou krijgen is dit een fantastisch vakantiehuis. Ook wel wat gezever gehad met het terugkrijgen van onze borg maar na lang aandringen is dit wel in orde gebracht.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette ferme réaménagée. La maison en elle-même est très correcte avec cependant quelques petits défauts : cuisine petite, literie chambre du bas à revoir , manque d'un parasol près de la piscine . Mais l'extérieur est sublime : quelle excellente idée ce sable autour de la piscine (chauffée !) Nos petits-enfants ont adoré. Et le trampoline, les structures de jeux, les vélos à disposition, tous les jeux dans la grange ! tout cela correspond parfaitement aux besoins d'une famille avec enfants . Nous avons déjà très envie d'y revenir !

C'est un havre de paix, au milieu de la nature et avec une vue vallonnée très agréable! La maison offre de nombreuses activités pour les enfants qui peuvent profiter d'une piscine, d'un trampoline, d’une cabane ou d'un toboggan. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et très sympathique. C’est un endroit pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature.

Deze woning ligt op een groot stuk grond waar je volledig privé gebruik van kan maken. Het huis is wat gedateerd wat betreft inrichting. De keuken is prima, de badkamer beneden kan wel een make over gebruiken. Zwembad is compact maar netjes. Gemiddelde reistijd tot supermarkt 20 minuten. Als je iets wilt ondernemen, ben je minimaal een half uur onderweg. Wij zijn uitstekend ontvangen door Paul en hebben een geweldige week gehad!

Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd door Paul, een joviale man, die ons uitvoerig een rondleiding heeft gegeven. Het huis is gelegen in een prachtig stukje natuur, waar enkel de vogels en krekels de stilte doorbreken. Er is volledige privacy aangezien het domein volledig met natuur is omheind. Voor de kids zijn er buiten veel mogelijkheden om te spelen, ook voor binnen zijn er enkele spelen ter beschikking. Toeristisch gezien zijn er minder activiteiten, maar vanwege de prachtige natuur, stoort dit echter niet. De wandelingen zijn er een verademing op zich. Het oude stadsgedeelte in Sancerre (15 min rijden) is zeker de moeite om te gaan bezichtigen alsook het kasteel van guédelon (50 min rijden). In de streek zijn tal van wijnhuizen. Kortom, een vakantie voor pure rust, genieten van de stilte, weg van mens en media. Zeker de moeite waard!

Nous avons passé 10 jours à la Ramière avec 2 enfants de 4 ans et 1 an et demi. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et nos enfants ont adoré l'aire de jeux et le trampoline. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, et sa situation isolée nous a notamment permis d'observer des biches dans le jardin! Un dernier mot sur Paul, qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, et a toujours répondu rapidement et efficacement aux questions que nous avons pu poser durant notre séjour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette propriété !

Propriétaire très réactif qui a répondu à toutes mes questions avant la réservation. Excellent accueil à l'arrivée. Il faut s'approprier l'espace environnant, et la maison dans laquelle tout est fonctionnel pour apprécier son séjour. Une vue magnifique pour les amoureux de la campagne. Les croissants de la boulangerie, et les côtelettes de la boucherie, du village de Jars (4kms) sont à recommander. Description conforme des lieux. 2 semaines passées dans la "zénitude"...et un retour nostalgique en région parisienne.

Séjour en demi-teinte à « La Ramière « (maison de vacances du coté de JARS dans le CHER ) . Si le calme de la campagne était indiscutable ,la piscine bien aménagée et agréable ,ainsi que les espaces de jeu pour les enfants , Le reste de la prestation était plutôt médiocre : -épandages répétés effectués par le fermier voisin avec émanations d’odeurs Insupportables , -invasion de mouches à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur de la maison , -défauts considérables de la maison elle-même (cuisine exiguë ,escalier abimé et dangereux ,volets détériorés etc ,etc …) . - en résumé : cette maison nécessiterait de gros travaux de restauration (le propriétaire aurait tout intérêt à le faire pour sauvegarder son bien …) -si l’on devait mettre une note , ce serait au mieux 2/5 . - à signaler tout de même le comportement impeccable du gardien Mr PAUL

Très belle ferme rénovée avec goût. On se sent à l'aise dans cette vaste propriété qui offre un confort très appréciable loin du bruit et de l'agitation. Les enfants ont à leur disposition de nombreux jouets ainsi que des vélos et cerise sur le gâteau une piscine conçue pour eux. L'aire de jeux est très appréciée des plus petits. La région est très belle et le cadre reposant. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, merci Luc!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! Tolles altes Bauernhaus mit viel Spaß und allem da was man so braucht. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum für jeden der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Unsere Kinder (3 und 7 Jahre) waren den ganzen Tag auf dem tollen eigenen Spielplatz beschäftigt oder haben im beheizten Pool gespielt. Unsere 3 Hunde (Malinois) haben den weiten Auslauf auch sehr genossen. Kurz, das Haus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen.
