About this house rental
Set of 2 cottages completely renovated in the countryside composed for one:
- a large living room and separate kitchen. On the first floor, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a large landing with a BZ (extra bed) and 2 large bedrooms.
The first is composed of a double bed and 2 small beds, and is very bright.
A second bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom and separate toilet.
- For the other cottage, it is composed of a living room with open kitchen. On the first floor a bedroom with a 140 bed and shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a bed of 140 and 2 small beds of 90, bathroom and toilet.
The cottage is ideally located 2.5 kms from the town centre and 5 minutes from the motorway, it is surrounded by a large field with football goals, volleyball net, horses and river for fishing with a view of Le Moulin and petanque and canoe court to get to the Nohain.
Ideal for a return to nature, very quiet, not overlooked and no traffic.
You have access to the Nohain river, ideal and very relaxing. Parking for parking.
The cleaning is also up to 110 euros.

Ideal for family reunion (total 15 people).
Near Nevers, (ducal city) Bourges,
Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire, (visit and wine testing at the winegrowers' house) Guédelon (construction of a fortified castle) Gien, Briare (Briare canal) Loire à Vélo. (cycle path).
Many family activities are offered (tree climbing, playgrounds, karting, paintball, etc.).

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans le gîte.
Les propriétaires répondaient très vite lorsque nous avions des questions en amont et cherchent vraiment à ce que le séjour de passe au mieux!
Le gîte est super, très propre et fonctionnel. Le jardin est très beau et au calme.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille et entre amis à la campagne. Le gîte est fonctionnel et le jardin bien agréable avec vue sur les chevaux. Deux petit plus : le terrain de foot et le terrain de pétanque en bord de rivière !!
