About this villa rental
This villa will charm you with its 4 beautiful rooms, its kitchen and its pleasant living room. It is located near the market Piraillan and the village of Canon, both within walking distance. The car is not necessary for amenities. The pool is less than 300 m away, the ocean beaches a few minutes away. The bike paths through the forest are very quickly accessible. You will be charmed from breakfast by the sight of the basin from the sunny terrace, oriented to the east.
Close to everything but quiet, nestled in the vegetation, sheltered from view.
The rooms paneled on the floor are equipped with 2 beds in 80 allowing the configuration in 160x200 or 2x80x200, of cupboards and dressings.
The rooms on the ground floor, with access to the terrace are equipped with beds 160x200, closets and dressing.
The terrace with its big table, its barbecue and its plancha, will allow you big tables family or friendly. In the kitchen you will find a large gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...
You have at your disposal a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

Our family of four plus two friends stayed for a week at the end August. Laurent was a great host: communicative, offering clear instructions and help with anything we asked. The house is located in a quiet cup de sac, a couple of minutes from the daily (summer) market & with glimpses of the lagoon sea through the trees on the terrace. It’s a generous well equipped house that feels like a loved family home. The terrace is great for eating and relaxing on and the bikes we borrowed from Laurent are brilliant for getting to the beaches each day. Thank you Laurent for all your help and we’d love to come back.

The property, the location and the communication was awesome! We had such a wonderful holiday in your beautiful beach house! The clean, stylist and well appointed interiors were beautiful. The layout was perfect for our family and friends! Your house had everything from fine linen, well stocked kitchen, cleaning products, bikes and bbq which made our holiday! The location was out of this world! Market 1 minute away, we even could hear the fireworks and music from night markets from your amazing deck! Beach was 6 minute bike ride and Cap Ferret town very close! Ping pong table was also a hit with the kids! Thank you for the great communication. We will be back!
