About this house rental
House with Covered Pool.
The living areas—comprising the lounge, dining room, and kitchen—form a single, open-plan space of 60 m² with access to a 70 m² terrace.
There are 4 ground-floor double bedrooms (each with a 140 cm double bed), accommodating up to 8 people. The house features a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an outdoor "beach shower."
Note: This house is listed EXCLUSIVELY on Abritel (HomeAway) and no other rental site.
TV and Wi-Fi connection included.
Ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the Piraillan market (open daily from late June through September) and 5 minutes from the cycle path leading to the ocean beaches (Garonne and Truc Vert); the beach at Le Canon is a 15-minute walk away. With its east-west orientation, the house enjoys a very quiet and peaceful setting.
LIVING AREAS, TERRACE, AND POOL
The lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen form a functional, sociable open-plan area that opens onto a large covered terrace and the swimming pool.
The highly functional kitchen is equipped with a cooktop, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary small appliances.
The dining area centers around a large wooden table, with seating and tableware for 8 guests.
The rest of the large room features a lounge area with two sofas and a coffee table.
The swimming pool (4 x 8 m) features a permanent, safety-certified roof structure. The poolside area is furnished with sun loungers and deckchairs.
The terrace includes a table and chairs for 8 people, a charcoal BBQ area, and a covered outdoor seating area.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine.
**Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €200.00
**Bed linen/towels available for RENTAL only (beds made prior to arrival): Per bed: €25.00/week – €35.00/2 weeks – €45.00/3 weeks

For stays of less than 7 days (excluding July and August), please contact me directly. The house is available for weekends, as well as for Easter, Pentecost, Assumption, and Christmas.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour
La maison est idéalement située : environnement très calme en lisière de pinède et au départ de la piste cyclable.
Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo : Village du Canon (à 10 mn à pied), marché de Piraillan (10 mn à pied) Village du Ferret (25 mn à vélo par les pistes cyclable), plages côté Océan (à pied ou a vélo)
Le jardin et la piscine sont également très agréables
Bref, tous les ingrédients pour un séjour idéal

Maison parfaite pour des vacances au calme sans être loin des commerce. La terrasse et la piscine ont rencontré beaucoup de succès.

Maison confortable et au calme, avec un positionnement idéal en bout d'impasse, juste à coté des pistes cyclables, à quelques minutes de la plage coté océan et à proximité du bassin d'Arcachon. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La terrasse à coté de la piscine est très agréable pour profiter de la nature et du chant des oiseaux. Alexandre est très accueillant et a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Mr Le Lallard, agent immobilier est un homme exceptionnel. D'une grande disponibilité même le dimanche, toujours souriant et serviable.
La villa est tranquille, agréable au bout d'une voie sans issue, à proximité de la piste cyclable.
La piscine couverte est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.
