very recent villa 145 m2 air-conditioned swimming pool large garden 900 m2 enclosed and planted with trees. 3 parental suites wc, fully equipped fitted kitchen fridge dishwasher microwave induction hob washing machine small household appliances open onto large living room dining room equipped with tv and internet. 5 minutes from the beaches of canet, leucate, torus, barcares ........ perpignan is less than 10 minutes, near shopping center, 150 km from barcelona. the villa des vignes can accommodate 8 to 10 people. large 900 m2 enclosed and planted garden with fitted terrace, 8x4 swimming pool, garage. ideally located between sea, countryside and mountains.
Amenities at Superb new air-conditioned villa with swimming pool, 10 minutes from the beaches, and shopping areas.

Great house to stay with a family, pool was lovely during the heat wave! House is fully equipped with all you need, even the ice maker fridge.The surrounding area is a bit boring compared to our italian vacations, but that is just our preference. Can recommend if you want to stay in this calm area!

Lovely, well equipped villa with beautiful pool and garden- just as described in the photographs.
Kader and his wife were excellent, friendly hosts who were happy to answer any questions. Gardener and pool cleaner every week was a bonus too.
The village is lovely with a boulangerie, two shops and a takeaway pizza restaurant. There is also a hairdressers and beauty salon. On a Saturday there is a small market in the square. Unfortunately the tapas restaurant closes for the winter at the end of August so we didn’t get to try it.
10 minute drive to the nearest beach and restaurants. Plenty of hypermarkets to choose from.

The villa was clean, well equipped and well located for a warm relaxing family holiday by the pool. Communication with the owner, Kader, was easy and he helped us organise our dogs worming treatment with a local vet for our return to the UK. The village is only a short distance from beaches, the pretty town of Perpignan and the Spanish border, so plenty to do if the sun is not shining. There is a small supermarket and bakery in the village, and a large supermarket and other shops just 5 minutes by car.
