Apartment 45 m2, 1st floor (out of 3), sea view, 10 min walk from the SNCF train station, 15 km from Dinard / Pleurtuit airport, all shops nearby.
Equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV, bathroom with shower. 1 bed and 1 sofa bed of 140 with duvets.

You will be able :
- enjoy the Sillon beach with all its nautical activities: sailing, kite surfing, paddle, surfing, sand yachting, shore fishing, children's club.
- go to the nearby Thalassotherapy (200m)
- visit the city of corsairs which is 10 minutes away on foot, as well as the whole region: Cancale, Mont Saint-Michel, Cap Fréhel, the Rance valley.

Convenient and clean apartment with a view on the Sillon beach, 10-min walk from the downtown. We were well welcome. Very nice place to stay for a family of four.

We loved staying here and our host Patrice was great! The apartment is in an awesome location, right on the beach and a 15 minute walk from the main town along the beach. It is very well equipped and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend!

Appartement fidèle à la description, propre, bien équipé (lave vaisselle, lave linge, vaisselle en quantité, tout ce qu'il faut), bonne literie. Situation top : commerces, marché, restaurants et plage : tout à pied. Très contents de notre location, et merci à Mr Auffray pour son accueil sympathique.

Die Wohnung hatte eine gute Größe für eine kleine Familie. Einzig beim Bad musste man sich etwas arrangieren, da Platz für 1 Personen gleichzeitig war. Alles war sehr sauber. Gewürze und Grundausstattung wie Toilletenpapier oder Waschmittel waren vorhanden. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Ausblick aus der Küche darauf waren super. Die Lage des Schlafzimmers hin zur Straße war teils etwas laut, wenn man mit offenen Fenster schläft. Die Nähe zu Supermärkten und Restaurants war sehr angenehm. Alles in Allem eine sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Saint Malo.

les livraisons du tabac/presse a lieu dans la couloir donnant accès au logement à 6h00 du matin chaque jour. La porte est claquée plusieurs fois dès 6h00, résonnant avec force dans tout le logement. De plus, la salle d'eau est exigüe et mal aménagée.

Personne charmante pour nous accueillir. Magnifique vue sur mer. Appartement bien situé proche de St Malo intra muros à pied. Location bien équipée et décorée. Quant au bruit généré par les voisins ou les commerces le matin, une paire de bouchons d'oreilles suffisent! Je recommande cette location

La location est bien située et agréable. Par contre il est très difficile de se garer et les activités de la boulangerie située en dessous peut déranger au niveau sonore tôt le matin !

Location très bien située proche de la mer et des commerces , à environ 1/4 heures d’intra-muros et bien équipé. Par contre très bruyant de part la boulangerie du dessous qui commence à 2h du matin, de la porte d’entrée qui claque très fort et des voisins du dessus très très bruyant. Literie bonne mais oreillers et couette à changer ( couette tachée). Salle de bain minuscule. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre. Ménage très succinct à l’arrivée et retenue sur la caution. Stationnement difficile.

Mais il y a plus sérieux: Sans exiger les règles administratives obligatoires et exagérées du covid rien rien n ´est fait pour satisfaire les protections Un tel constat par l’administration pourrait remettre en cause cette offre locative.

Bruyant en fin de nuit par l'activité de la boulangerie située en dessous Beaucoup de circulation sur la chaussée du sillon, mais l'isolation des fenêtres est excellente. Appartamento perfetto, spazioso e con tutto il necessario anche per lunghi soggiorni, parcheggio gratuito sotto casa ed a 10 minuti dal centro di Saint Malo. Boulangerie a 2 metri dall'ingresso dell'appartamento: cosa volere di più? Proprietario gentile e disponibile: abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie prima che l'appartamento fosse pronto (quando siamo arrivati erano in corso le pulizie).
