The appliances were all very new, high-quality and worked perfectly.

The smart locks raised serious security concerns. On one occasion, we returned to find our apartment door open, even though the owner said he had not sent anyone. This was very concerning. Also, the building entrance key did not work, and the owner’s response was not helpful.

Het appartement is ruim en alles is aanwezig. Ook fijn dat je een eigen terras hebt. De Aldi is op 5 minuten lopen. De oude binnenstad is ongeveer een half uur lopen. De wijk Gros en het strand is ongeveer 20 minuten lopen en ook heel sfeervol.

Alles beviel, maar er zijn maar 4 parkeerplekken bij de accomodatie. Wij hadden het geluk dat we alle 4 de dagen de auto er kwijt konden, maar parkeerplekken in de buurt zijn schaars.

The location was excellent for getting into the city. The beds were very comfortable. The property was very warm. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of places to go. We enjoyed the outside space to sit in the evening. Very near a supermarket and train station.

Poor communication regarding access to the property when we first arrived, we were left waiting for 30 minutes without the owner contacting us on the day and no communication as promised the day before. The cooker hob was damaged so we could not use it and there was a large hole in the bathroom ceiling. The towels were very worn and thin. The reason we chose this property was the parking because my wife had just had a hip replacement surgery and our 13 year old Dalmatian however on arrival there were no parking spaces available and the other parking options did not work out due to timings.
