Great hotel in park friendly staff poor WiFi and very odd decor in rooms !!!

Very friendly staff welcoming and helpful Reception staff waiting staff really lovely and really helped us with parking etc well done

Not easy to access initially as a lot of parked cars and entrance not clear Poor WiFi and horrendous canvas pictures in room of old movie stars that made the room very uncomfortable to sleep in remove them !!!!

Lovely place, rooms are big and the beds were very large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly

Loved the location. Loved the staff. Loved the onsite parking. Great for couples. Lovely restaurant meals and wine selection. Breakfast was outstanding.

It would have been great to have basic supplies of tea/coffee/water/milk/sugar in the room. Especially given the late time of arrival and need to work in the room on occasion. Not life changing but would have been a big tick for us.

Access was quite difficult after hours as instructions were not in English and we were trying to get in through the wrong door and there was no-one to contact to help. No air con in bedroom.

The staff were incredible and the room was huge with a kitchen in it and a lovely bathroom, felt like an apartment. Located in the middle of a park away from the noise of the city. Breakfast was a croissant and warm toasted ham and cheese sandwhich and tea. We met the chef during dinner service and had great wine

The location is pretty nice even though it's a long walk from the center. The hotel itself is located inside a park, you can have a beautiful morning run there. The staff was extremely friendly, rooms specious and clean.

We had lots of bugs in our room, probably because the hotel is located in the park.

Ottimo per una notte se andate allo stadio

E' un ottimo posto per dormire una notte per chi va allo stadio, che poi era il motivo della mia visita

La struttura chiude alle 22.30 pertanto gli ospiti devono entrare da una porta laterale. Abbiamo però avuto un problema con la serratura e se non ci fosse venuto ad aprire un ospite che era già all'interno avremmo avuto dei problemi. La stanza era spaziosa ma la dotazione del bagno carente. Non vi erano bicchieri e non vi era acqua nel frigo bar. Inoltre lo scarico della doccia era intasato e l'acqua non scendeva. Altrettanto per il lavandino. L'orario della colazione era dalle 8 quindi non abbiamo potuto farla, anche se gentilmente abbiamo potuto prendere un caffè.

Era amplio y tenia buen servicio de baño

La ubicación no es muy practica, en el dia es muy linda, porque estas en medio de jardines pero por la tarde noche tendrias que accesar en carro, o bicicleta, ya que para adentrarte en el parque caminando, es un poco peligroso, esta muy solo y muy oscuro, y no entra transporte publico ni patin. El desayuno es basico y ligero.
