Park your car in the large multi car covered carport with storage and begin to watch your stress melt away! Front and rear decks allow you to enjoy the outdoor weather while enjoying a quiet early morning cup of coffee or soaking up the late afternoon rays of sun. Watch the sunrise over the ocean or the shooting stars at night from the oversized rear deck off the bedrooms.
New updates include granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms with new faucet fixtures and granite counters. Freshly painted with updated decor. New big screen smart TV in the living room and smart TVs in the bedrooms. Lovely patio furniture allows your entire family to relax in comfort.
This exquisite beach home is BRILLIANTLY located to many vacation attractions. First of many is that you are just steps away from the famous Ocean City beach where you can watch for dolphins playing, build a family sand castle or just catch up on some great reading! Lifeguards watch over the swimmers during the day so that you can relax while you take a dip! The family oriented boardwalk is located at 23rd street where you can ride bikes in the morning or go for a beautiful ocean side run and continues north where you ll find your traditional delicious boardwalk favorites such as french fries, Kohr's Brothers custard, Manco & Manco pizza, Johnson's caramel corn & funnel cake. Chickies and Pete's FAMOUS fries can also be found on the Ocean City boardwalk! Be sure not to miss the famous Gillian's Wonderland pier that has all your favorite rides and boardwalk games!
There is a park located at 34th street and Asbury which is home to a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts. A mini golf course is never far away for that competitive family round of putt putt.

We also own two other units located at 3039 and 3037 Asbury Ave. This is a great feature for larger families that would like to vacation together. These two units are in the same structure - top and bottom. The VRBO listings for them are - upstairs unit 891601, downstairs unit - 1163866
**There is a three night minimum. Bookings less than 3 nights there will be a $150 cleaning fee added**

We liked the quiet residential location in Ocean City and also the short distance to walk to the beach. We loved that there was a porch on the front and the back of our unit. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room area and also TVs in each bedroom. It was nice to keep our car under roof and off the street. We were also happy for a place for our bikes and beach chairs. No complaints! We will return.

This condo is exceptional. Well maintained & very clean! Very nice kitchen, appliances & bathrooms. All the beds are comfortable!! One block from the beach & short driving distance to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Naturally it's OC, where it's beautiful and quiet and safe.
But that doesn't mean that paying guests don't deserve a clean and welcoming environment.
Unfortunately when entering this home, it appeared as if someone just left that morning and the unit didn't get cleaned.
All surfaces were dirty and needed wiped down, the refrigerator was left disgusting, and bathrooms with soap scum and hair all over are just absolutely unacceptable.
Needless to say, a vacation doesn't start well when the entire family has to go through the entire unit and clean it.
But when you're stuck on a holiday weekend, you do what you have to do.
There is no reason that we should clean your unit after paying over $1,000 for a few nights away.
Master bathroom was the absolute worst.
Listing stated that sheets and towels are washed in extra hot water ... no sheets or towels were provided but luckily there is a Walmart not too far and after $209 for cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. then we were set for the remainder of our stay to be just fine.
The review numbers are skewed because the main issues with this unit are on the first day ... cleanliness.
Once that is resolved, the rest of the stay is wonderful and at the end most folks are going to forget how horrible that first day truly was - for us however, it ruined our entire trip.
