Just finished another wonderful week in Ocean City, NJ at Jack and Beth’s beautiful VRBO. We love staying here — it’s only half a block from the beach and a quick three‑minute walk to the waves. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could need: plenty of pillows, blankets, dishes, and more.The garage is filled with beach chairs and toys, so there’s truly nothing to bring. The neighborhood is lovely and full of things to do. The tennis courts and children’s playground are just a block away, and we enjoyed easy parking at the boardwalk, mini golf, and dinner at Randazzo’s.We brought three children and four grandchildren (nine of us total), and everyone was comfortable. It’s a perfect home‑away‑from‑home.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The rooms were bright and clean, and the layout was very conducive to a family gathering. We appreciate the well stocked kitchen and board game and beach chairs made available by the host. Check-in was easy and communication was great. We will definitely be coming back.

Although a major appliance such as air conditioner is never planned by anyone, we felt we had to negotiate $ back when a more appropriate amount should have been offered. The a/c was not repaired until more than halfway through the vacation. There is a minisplit in family/room kitchen but the bedrooms were almost 90 degrees and with rain, windows could not be open.
