This Updated and Well-maintained, 2nd Floor, 1100 sq ft Condominium is located on the southern end of Ocean City and is a quick walk to the beach! As you enter, you will immediately notice the open, bright, and spacious Living and Dining Areas. The Cathedral Ceiling builds that open feeling. The living area allows for relaxation while staying close to the dining area. An updated Kitchen that is open and allows you to stay connected to family and friends while preparing snacks for the beach or to enjoy on the large front porch. The kitchen is equipped with newer Appliances, which include a Gas Stove, Built-in Microwave, French Door Refrigerator and Dishwasher. The layout of these rooms lends itself to relaxation and entertaining! A Slider leads from the Dining Room onto a Covered Deck with New Railings and Custom-wrapped Posts. It is a great place to enjoy a coffee in the morning with a good book, or to enjoy a cocktail after coming off the beach. Back inside, there are three nicely-sized bedrooms, perfectly appointed. Each Bedroom features individual TV's so that everyone can enjoy their own space even more. The Primary Bedroom offers a very nice space, with an on-suite bathroom with custom shower. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is very bright. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a twin bunk bed.. There is a newer Unitized Washer/Dryer conveniently situated in the Hallway. There is a Storage Unit for all your beach toys (no garage), with the home furnished with some beach chairs and toys. BEACH TAGS INCLUDED (6). There is an Outdoor Shower for convenience to rinse off, as well as a clothesline for suits and towels to dry off after a great day at the beach.ls. The Concrete Driveway Provides a Dedicated parking space along with additional On-street, Curbside Parking. Ocean City is a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected during the summer season and there are dedicated surfing beaches. In addition to the 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is also the Bay Front area for watersports, fishing charters, boat rentals and a Downtown shopping district with unique stores, and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect! The check in and check out process was so easy. Dennis was a wonderful host. He answered quickly. Looking forward to future vacations at this property.

We had a great stay at this wonderful property! Everything was as described in the listing. The living space and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The walk to the beach was just a few blocks, and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the deck. Our host, Dennis, kept us well-informed throughout the process and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would return in the future!

Lovely, upstairs unit close to the beach. The condo was tastefully decorated and immaculate. Dennis was very responsive and quick to answer our questions. We would enjoy staying here again. Lois
