Second floor has 2 bedrooms with twin beds and bathroom. There is a front porch and spacious back yard with gas grill.

The place was nice. The pictures on the listing need to be updated. It would have been nice to be notified a head of time that the neighbor was installing a pool, especially knowing I listed I had two 1 year olds staying with us. It was an easy walk to the beach. I appreciated the host left chairs and unbrella for use.

8/25-9/1/18 We (3 adults and 3 kids) enjoyed our stay and had a great week at the beach! The weather was so perfect! It’s so close, such a short walk to the beach. The house is cute and cozy and is kept very clean. Grassy area outside along with the grill, table and chairs are great to have access to. There’s no driveway but parking wasn’t a problem and we brought 2 cars. Front porch is fun to sit on and people watch. :) Beach chairs, 4 badges and buggies provided are all a plus! Mary is nice and easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.
